We ordered sushi a week ago. The delivery time was about 2 hours later. 15 minutes before the delivery deadline, they called and said that the courier had a flat tire, so another courier would deliver the sushi in 30 minutes. As a result, no one arrived after half an hour or an hour. We arrived about 1.5 hours later, but did not accept the order.
Most importantly, they did not agree to give a discount despite such a long delay. They offered only 10% on the next order. Do I need this next order with this service?)))
And the very reason for the delay, allegedly a flat tire, sounds unrealistic.
If they had said right away that the delivery would be 4 hours, there would have been no questions.

The delivery was today using a promo code. They arrived even earlier than the scheduled time, which was very gratifying. Sushi is very tasty, just really. Thank you for the pleasure. And anyone who writes better in other places is just jealous. There is nowhere tastier.

We ordered a hearty set and a separate roll with salmon. Sushi is great. And tamanegi (roll with caramelized onions) is now my favorite! Very tasty!
A separate respect for the question "from what amount to prepare the change?", and how unexpected it was to find this very change neatly packed in a bag - a trifle, and the time to search for change by courier is not lost, an excellent approach.

Hello. I would like to ask! Have you changed your sushi dishes? A month and a half ago everything was delicious, but now it's like they ordered it from another place. It's not even like the cook made them. Hot rolls are like in a raw batter. Just flour with water on them. Tuna roll with almost no tuna, transparent. The room is terribly dirty, unsanitary, we haven't noticed this before either. We hope that you will return to the previous level.

The baked and tempura rolls were cold. The Philadelphia and bonito rolls were falling apart . And there were practically no fish in the rolls (speaking of bonito rolls)
