Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the restaurant is so beautiful that in 7 days we have never eaten anywhere other than the hotel. Some of the staff is Russian-speaking. The pool, the bar, everything is there and everything is good. The only microminus is the beds on wheels: you move a little and you go.

We had a rest on 08.2021 A great hotel! The attitude and service is better than in any Turkish 5th! We were vacationing with our 7-year-old daughter. I chose this hotel because there was a lunopark next door. I didn't bother to rest) We settled in quickly, there were always Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We lived in the main building on the ground floor. At first, the shabby door upset me, but the room turned out to be very decent. We cleaned daily, the air conditioner handled everything OK. Wi-fi works perfectly throughout the hotel. I would like to highlight the kitchen separately, everything was just great! Everything is very tasty and quite diverse, the sauces for meat and fish are just bombastic) excellent desserts, the waiters are great. We took breakfasts and dinners, you can always change for lunch for free. The pool is not big, but there was enough space and sun beds. To the sea 7 min. Everything is great, we will come again😎

Great hotel! Very clean, the room is excellent, daily, very thorough cleaning. The receptionists are friendly girls, they could always help, everyone speaks Russian. In general, I highly recommend it. The food is varied, meat, fish, there are many restaurants nearby. The sea is not far, 10 minutes, the best bottom is to the left of the entrance

The location of the hotel and the interior are good, but as for the food.. quiet horror. It is there, but there is nothing to eat. Dinner is in the photo. Pasta, rice, potatoes, chicken - all that you can eat at home.. besides, the food here is not delicious 😬
During the week of stay, there was fish in pieces once, on the other days surimi or crab sticks in breadcrumbs from the store for 300 rubles (((
They don't know what dessert is here either; tasteless cream with crumbled cookies and the same jelly (
Only breakfast is delicious. Classic English breakfast: scrambled eggs, omelette, vegetables, toast, croissants with sauces and toppings.
The alcohol on the bar is not delicious. Accordingly, cocktails too.. we drink the local dessert wine Kamandoria - it's the only way to escape.
In short, from the point of view of all inclusive, the hotel loses. I do not recommend it.
There was no animation for 5 days either. Quiet music is playing on the bar, you can't swim in the pool after 18, it's not clear what to do. Go to bars or clubs.
In general, take the apartments, or at least the hotel, and eat by yourself. There are many shops and cafes. The same thing will come out for the money, but there are more good impressions.

The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. Clean, small, cozy, modern. The room was taken as standard, not annex. The girls at the reception speak Russian well, are friendly and helpful. Well-thought-out architecture. You can enter the room from the street, even bypassing the reception. The air conditioner is powerful, it really cools. The convenient location is less than 5 minutes, and you are already on the busiest street of Ayia Napa. However, the hotel itself is in a cozy quiet place, there is no noise from the street. I was pleased with the neighborhood of Luna Park) The view of it opened immediately from the exit of our room. The screams of people did not interfere at all, and the lunapark closed after 12, opened at 6 pm. The food in the hotel is delicious, but I would not take all inclusive just because the true cuisine of Cyprus is learned not in the hotel, but around it) Paradisos beach is also nearby, 7 minutes at a calm pace.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2019, we were in Cyprus for the first time, Ayia Napa was greeted with excellent weather, there was not a cloud in 8 days while we were on vacation.
It took a long time to choose a hotel, Nicholas advised the tour operator Biblio Globus, thank you to them. Convenient location-10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the street of bars, 2 minutes to the bus stop, all shops, restaurants are within walking distance.
Russian-speaking administrators work at the reception, they are very smiling and pleasant, they settled in very quickly-we arrived at 10 pm. We had an all-inclusive tour, so upon check-in we were given another lunch box: an apple, a sandwich, cookies and juice. On the day of arrival, we still had time to sit at the pool bar, celebrate the successful start of the holiday, the bar is open until 23.00.I want to say that there is a very good variety of drinks offered in the all-inclusive package, including cocktails- we have significantly saved on drinks))
You should not take a hookah at the hotel -15 euros for alfakhir and old hookahs.
It's sad that the pool is open until 18:00, I really wanted to swim at a later hour.
The breakfast was monotonous, always with the same set of dishes. For lunch and dinner, the choice of dishes was also not great, drinks were free for the all-inclusive system, for everyone else for a fee, about 0.5-3 euros.
I advise you to immediately indicate to the tour operator that you need the main building and not the 1st floor - all kinds of animals climbed into the room. The anex building is a detached building, adjacent to some kind of restaurant, although it is located 30 seconds walk from the main building, it has more disadvantages than advantages, it is better to take the main one.
You can rent an iron at the hotel - a deposit of 10 euros, then they return it. Beach towels-10 euro deposit.Charging adapter - a deposit of 2 euros.
It can be washed for 3 euros + 1 euro powder.
The hotel has a sauna and a massage therapist's office, but we haven't been there
There is a weak animation in the evening.
Excellent WiFi, free of charge throughout the territory. A refrigerator is provided free of charge.
Total: We liked everything, except for the animals that climbed into the room on the 1st floor and very active neighbors who braved their strength all night long-the noise insulation of the hotel is so-so

The food is delicious, the owner often hangs out in the canteen and keeps an eye on everything. Sometimes animators work with children in the evenings. Very close to the city beach. You can negotiate with the staff on any issues. Many employees speak Russian. Nearby there is a large amusement park and a whole alley of nightclubs. High-quality free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Not the limit of dreams, of course, but the memories are extremely pleasant.

I went in May 19. Now my son and I are the most favorite hotel:close to the sea, any beach of Ayia Napa is within walking distance, if you like to walk along the embankment - this is definitely your option, if not, then three hundred, 500 and 700 meters from the hotel are the city beaches, the port has the most pleasant glyki Nero. He's doing great. The hotel is very cozy and everything is there.

The hotel is new, interesting, but the rooms are small, they were not cleaned very well at first, after tipping they became better
Meals: breakfast and dinner were included, delicious desserts were surprised, food for 3 stars satisfied
Location: in the city center, plus - 2 minutes to Luno park, shops and restaurants, minus - it's a long way to the beach, especially if you are with a child.
The beach: on the website it was written 300 meters to the sea, we took a walk - there was a construction site, there were excavators, no one was swimming. As a result, we walked to a normal beach for 20 minutes, it was not always easy with a child under 2 years old.
Animation: animation until 23, some screams and screaming, the music is very loud, the animator was tipsy, it was very difficult to put the child down, since the hotel was small and the music could be heard as if playing on our balcony, we did not observe Children's animation from the advantages of the playground by the pool, as well as very friendly staff in the in the restaurant, the child ran to have lunch every day.
The hotel is more designed for young people, it is less comfortable with children

And from the facade there is the economic courtyard of the hotel. At 6.00 every morning you will be woken up by a garbage truck with screaming hotel employees. In the evenings, a crazy employee of the hotel restaurant furiously rattles depleted appliances (spoons, forks)

We rested with my husband from 09/27/19 to 10/3/19 at this hotel. The hotel is just super)))). The food is great, the room is great too (although there were problems with the supply of hot water), but despite the interruptions with hot water, our rest was a great success)))). The bar has good alcohol and drinks. We are very satisfied with the rest.We recommend it!!!!

Everything is normal except for meaty cocktails , if you don 't drink them , then everything will be fine . The hotel itself is cool in all rooms 10 minutes on foot, for young people 100% .

Let's go on a honeymoon there, because the hotel doesn't even have shared double beds. Only two single beds. They offered money to change the room, but we were told that there are simply no such rooms.
