We went to this institution with the children, met a very friendly girl, unfortunately did not ask her name, escorted her to the table, prompted everything, told her, advised that you can take the children. The food is very tasty, the portions are standard, spices and salt in the dishes are in moderation, not like in many establishments in Tbilisi and Georgia in general. There is a huge playroom on the second floor, which is also a plus for those who come with children.
Russian Russian. We were in the restaurant on 30.09.23, we came after the opening, about 11.50, the staff is very good, at the reception they said that we can sit where we want, then the waiter immediately came up to us, everyone speaks Russian, the menu is QR code in the phone, everything is in Russian, ordered Khinkali with beef and Khinkali with veal, we were warned that we would have to wait about 50 minutes, because the restaurant had just opened, we agreed, brought everything somewhere in 45 minutes, everything was very tasty, not in vain we waited))the waiter answered all our questions, the service is at the highest level, if we come back to Tbilisi, we will definitely come here!
They asked if it was possible to sit in the gazebo - it was impossible.
They asked where the children's room is - you can't go there.
The dialogue with us was disrespectful and disdainful.
We were with my wife and child (1.5 years old), we did not give any reason for such a reaction, the whole conversation lasted no more than 30 seconds.
We arrived in Tbilisi for a couple of days, we had not been here before, friends said that in most establishments the waiters communicate in English, respectively, when I entered the restaurant I started a dialogue in English, to which I received the answer "speak Russian", to "you" and with a dissatisfied face, as if I had come to eat there for free at his expense.
In short, here is a summary of the whole story: I am Armenian, I live in Armenia, I have lived in Russia for a long time and I speak Russian well. Apparently, he mistook me for a Russian and thus showed his "important political position."
Dear employees of catering, service and other areas in the service sector, if your political position prevents you from doing your job efficiently, please go into politics, not waiters, perhaps the work of a deputy suits you more than serving food and drinks.
The result: They turned around and left.
