Oh, all the neighbors are here :) well, what can I say: the LCD is of VERY GOOD QUALITY! The apartments are large and warm, the courtyards are cozy. But the pits on the roadways and the AREA itself.... :(oh, yes, also this playground, which was simply closed, thereby blocking all normal passages between the residential complexes.... They would have either put it in order or demolished it altogether. In the direction of NIKO, there is just such a terrible fence.... and in the direction of other houses, they made a nice one.

The houses are nice and warm. Inconvenient arrivals and exits to the yards, in places the asphalt is broken. Nearby, the Ak-Barys park is abandoned by a private owner, a mess, it needs to be improved.
