A great place for events near the city!
Excellent communication with the representatives of the Fazenda: they promptly provide information and answer questions.
It's easy to get to the place by car, there is ample parking, and you don't have to worry about transportation.
The neighbors were not noticed on the spot, i.e. no one bothers anyone :)
A very beautiful and large house has everything you need, it is very pleasant to be in it.
The banquet hall is super! Very modern, spacious and concise. Decorators are a special love - all wishes are taken into account, as well as excellent communication and prompt resolution of issues!
I think this is the best place for events in our city. The service is at a high level, the staff is very friendly, the place is secluded and very beautiful!

Close to the road, quiet, beautiful location. The banquet hall from 12 o'clock is not very convenient. There is Wi-Fi on site. The entrance is asphalt crumbs, but solid and level. It is possible to turn around without unfastening the caravan.

In Vitebsk, if not the best, then it is definitely in the top 3 for banquets.
The place is beautiful, the food is not canteen, well cooked.
According to the price tag: from 150 rubles per person + drinks, sweets, fruits. That is, not cheap, but acceptable.
But additional services: rental of a screen (380 dollars), equipment (microphone, light), decor, games -that niche where you will spend more money than for a banquet. The prices are not modest.
The service in Vitebsk is one of the best.
It's nice to have a house. It's convenient. Those who are tired can go there and relax.
Large, green, tidy territory. An instagrammed place.
