The Okean plant is the strength of our city, the only plant that remains, maybe you can say thanks to Holland, they bought it in 1997, I don't know to whom, when, they resold it, But it doesn't work completely, the plant buzzes like before, some people go to work, because it's cool, isn't it, Respect, work our beloved city!!!
