Tonight I wanted to finally feel that there are normal supermarkets in Tbilisi where you can buy fresh matzarella, delicious sausage, medium-level wine, and generally feel like a city dweller after all. And what can I say, I was not allowed to go beyond the checkout line🤦🏾♂️
Why, you ask? Because it is forbidden to enter the hall with a men's leather backpack (not a travel bag - what could you think, but a type of men's business backpack: they carry a poppy, wallet, keys and other small things). When asked to call the manager, the guard snorted, called the lady, who pointed to those dirty drawers, in which are usually reluctant to shove a bag of potatoes, and even more so to put their things. What?! Yes, I thought the same thing! Auchan is resting, at least they glue bags in cellophane in it😂Despite the fact that when I asked if there were cameras and detectors in the store, and they confirmed to me that there were, which left me with even more questions, why put my backpack in this drawer? they could not politely explain to me WHY?!
Well, Nikora, I think in general the network is good, what you can't say about customer orientation and service.
I have not checked the quality of the products, but I believe that products can be sold here with the same "accent"!
Happy New Year, store management! I hope you will read it and draw conclusions.
