We bought an excursion from Hurghada to Cairo, to Giza on January 9, 2025. The trip cost $45 per person. My husband and I wanted to stay in Cairo longer, so the guys from the travel agency announced our plans, which is possible that we would not return to Hurghada with them. But the full amount of $ 90 for two people was paid for the tour. As a result, upon arrival in Cairo, we were not allowed to visit the Cairo Museum, arguing that I had allegedly announced at the time of booking that we did not want to visit the museum. Then the question is: why did you charge us the full amount? They offered us to buy tickets to the museum on our own if we wanted to get inside. This is not my first time in Cairo and Giza, but I have never seen such an attitude towards tourists. The guide was absolutely no good, he spoke terrible Russian, and we received a minimum of information from him. On the bus, while traveling from one location to another, instead of information and communication with tourists, the guide and the tour organizers counted the money and at the same time the microphone worked all the time for the entire bus. Instead of pleasant communication from the microphone, Arabic speech was heard. After visiting the pyramids, we were dropped off in Giza and told to get to the Hotel as you wish, although the agreement was that we would be taken to Cairo. When I asked them to take us at least to the outskirts of Cairo, one of the organizers said that we would stand until we got off the bus and that we were detaining everyone else.So, it was a bad experience, but we drew our conclusions from this trip. I took a tour of the Golden Luxor from Hurghada. I must say that I have not seen such a clear planning and professional attitude in resorts for a long time. We went with my son for 7 years. And even he withstood this route without much effort. The hardest part was the heat, which was helped to cope by a comfortable bus with a train and the guide's tips on what to take and how long it would take to visit a particular place. When registering, the guys immediately say it's a big bus or a mini-group. They answer all questions with the truth, not embellishing. Therefore, we went with a clear understanding of what awaits us. And our expectations were exceeded, because the route is really interesting and well-designed, some emotions and impressions replace others. In addition to a clear organization, pleasant prices that are cheaper than tour operators, we were very lucky to have a guide. He is a rude professional, has a deep knowledge of history, which he knows how to present interestingly and dilutes it with subtle humor, inserting catch phrases from Russian films. Thank you for such an attitude to your work! You did well! Now only with you on all tours of Egypt. I learned about you from my sister, who traveled with you from Sharma. Thanks again! 🙏

We bought an excursion from Sharm el Sheikh - a parachute flight. The description indicated a time of 10 minutes, and this was also confirmed by the manager at the time of booking. In fact, the flight lasted 4 minutes. The transfer arrived 10 minutes late, we had to wait in the heat, and we also waited 20 minutes for the boat to arrive! There is no point in taking a tour, you can fly on the territory of the hotel for the same money, without spending 2 hours on moving and waiting!

We took the program "old Cairo and the pyramids of Giza".
Upon arrival in Cairo, it turned out that we were assigned to a bus with a group with a different program. When most of them went to the museum, a representative (like Mohamed) and I went to the Coptic church, then he brought us back to the museum and told us to walk around the territory, and when I asked why he wasn't taking us to the Amr ibn al-Asa Mosque, he answered incoherently in his own language. So we didn't get to the mosque and looked at old Cairo and didn't learn much, because the other group also had a Polish-speaking guide and they changed with Henny, it turned out to be crumpled.
Also, everyone had a walk along the Nile after the museum for an additional fee.the fee, and since we had already gone on another tour of it, we did not take it, and had to wait for everyone again. As a result, from 10-14 we stupidly waited for everyone and it was impossible to move either to the left or to the right, our time was wasted.
It is also written in the program that there will be a papyrus factory OR an oil factory, and we were transported there and there.
On the way back, the bus stood for an hour instead of the 20m stop, because of this, we returned to the hotel at one o'clock in the morning. It's disgusting, I don't recommend taking anything here.

The excursion to Luxor from Nil Voyage was a success thanks to precise planning and meticulous execution. At 5:00, our red car with a smiling driver took us along the gray asphalt highway through the sands deep into the millennia of the history of the ancient culture. The way seemed fast.
Meeting with a Russian-speaking guide, The City of the Dead, the City of the Living, the palace of the Ruler Hatshepsut. The history of civilization, under the comments of the guide, floated by, flew by fragments of stone witnesses - ritual idols, megalithic structures, hieroglyphic inscriptions on the walls of temples, palaces, tombs.
Cafe, lunch, buffet - we regained strength, got acquainted with the Russians from the tour group, shared our impressions and - further, along the streets of the eastern city, along the waves of the Nile by boat to Banana Island.
Bananas, dates, guava, mango - everything grows here, reach out, pick it - no, they have already brought it and put it on the table in dishes.
The way home, and the whole day flew by quickly, like breathing in and out, we managed to get to the hotel for dinner.
Thanks guys for the trip! I would like to have such a lesson in the history of the Ancient World at school!

I visited Luxor! To say that I was impressed is to say nothing! I didn't sleep all night afterwards, I read the history of ancient Egypt, I will review the Mummy movie!!! It's so cool, but the most important thing is the Basima guide!!!! During the trip to the place, so many facts and stories were told, with humor and interesting presentation, that we drove with our mouths open. About pharaohs and queens, legends, the city of the dead and the living, cannot be conveyed.... I went alone and was afraid, but everything is organized at the highest level, comfortable buses with toilets, to a place on a boat along the Nile, on excursions in cars with a breeze. I will definitely go again!!!

We just returned on 02/20.23 from Egypt. The memories of the excursion to Luxor from Hurghada are fresh and I am writing a review on them. I completely agree with the previous author of the review about the travel agency Neil voyage that it is just a dispatcher and does not organize excursions. 10 Russian-speaking people and 15 French people gathered on the bus to Luxor. All Russian-language vouchers were purchased from different travel agencies at a price from $ 35 to $ 40 per person. It turned out that we were the only ones who bought vouchers for $ 45 at the travel agency Nil voyage. The most annoying thing is that everyone went to see Tutankhamun's tomb, and we stayed on the bus. With the help of a guide, we contacted Nil Voyage and it turned out that visiting the tomb is not included in the Golden Luxor program from Nil Voyage. So the advice is - when choosing an excursion, get to know its program more carefully, and the choice of the agency and the price of the ticket is yours / you will all find yourself on the same bus anyway/.

For the first time in all my travels, I encountered such unprofessionalism. We planned to go to Cairo with my wife. We booked an excursion a day in advance. They informed us to wait at the entrance to the hotel at 1-20 am. We were at the right place at the designated time at the entrance to the hotel. We stood for 40 minutes, froze, no one came. Initially, we were informed that if no one was there for 10 minutes, call the number where the tour was booked.
As a result, no one took the number and did not respond to messages.
Lost time, spoiled mood - that's what this travel agency can arrange for you. In fact, it's just a dispatcher who accepts the application and passes it on to the transport workers and the guide for %.

We went on an excursion to Jerusalem from Sharma. The organization of the trip is disgusting. But about everything in order:
1. Firstly, it is in no way a travel agency. This is the transmission link. The dispatcher.
2. Terribly organized logistics. Our hotel is on the outskirts of Sharma, towards Taba. The bus has already arrived with people. And we drove off. Towards the border, you ask? Nope. Collect tourists from other hotels according to their charm. Then the booing with the seats began. People traveling alone were asked to transfer to another bus so that those in pairs could get on together. But I'm sorry: we didn't pick up people from the lists ourselves and put them on the bus. When everyone was seated, for a very long time, for some unknown reason, they did not go anywhere. No one explained the start date or the reason for the delay.
3. The Egyptians at passport control missed it pretty quickly. Israeli - about 3 hours. There are no questions for the organizers here. Everyone had heard about this procedure and knew what they were doing. BUT: the bus, on the Israeli side, was closed. That is, the first rows of those who passed the border are standing on the street, there is nowhere to sit inside. Also, a "wonderful" guide named Anna sent people to the bus, which, according to her, was waiting outside the customs territory, but it was not there. And people were left on the street without a toilet.
There is a separate conversation about Anna. We were lucky not to be in her group. But people from her bus ran to the cinema if they had the opportunity. It is a pity that such guides work in the field of tourism, also from Israel.
4. Hooray! Everyone sat down, let's go. The revelation was that the bus in Egypt was in much better technical condition than the Israeli one. It's just a bucket with bolts that didn't turn off the light bulbs above the seats, there was a constant mechanical sound in the box (which later stopped working and the bus stopped). By unknown manipulations, the driver somehow eliminated this. But we have lost precious time. On the way back, the sunroof began to open under a strong wind. The backs of the chairs do not recline. There is a button, but the mechanism itself does not work.
5. Again, in Israel, there is no well-thought-out logistics. We drive chaotically to our destinations. No one can give an answer where and when we plan to go. Therefore, a lot of time has been wasted. As a result, we get to Jerusalem itself around four o'clock, there are a lot of people. Plus, the weather was not good. It turned out to be very crumpled. Everyone is soaked, turn on the stove: We have not achieved this from the driver. That's why they also froze.
6. We reached the border quickly. The Israeli one was skipped in 10 minutes. The Egyptians also made out quickly. BUT: the cherry on the cake was waiting for us at the visa control: apparently it was a representative of the carrier. They asked for a passport to register. Ok. We ask: have you registered? Return the documents. No. We are waiting for the rest of the band members. What kind of fright is this? Once again: people who are not related to government agencies, who are not responsible for anything, collect passports and keep them at home. Until the group is assembled. Further - more: this clown gave the passports to one of the band members to give them away!!! This is a document that should always be with you!!! In general, Egyptian arbitrariness and lawlessness. Then they couldn't leave for a very long time. Different people walked around the bus, counted everyone's heads, looked at their passports. So several times. As a result, we lost two more hours on this. This is all the time stolen from our vacation, bitten off from our excursion.

We were on a 4 in 1 Paradise Island excursion on 12/16/12 !
And if the fact that their ship broke down can be considered as an accident, then the start of the tour is closer to 10:00, we were on Paradise Island for 1 hour instead of 2-2:30, there were no rides on a banana and a pill, you can no longer call it an accident.
There was one location for diving and snorkeling.
The experience of snorkeling was very positive, but a broken boat and waiting more than 2 hours to solve this problem spoiled the impression. We're all frozen.
- In general, the sea is cool, the fish are wonderful, the island is also good, but the guys need to improve the service, maintain the yacht on time, and the content of the Tour should be as in the description of the tour! And it will be ok)

The duration, as promised, is about 90 minutes. This is not the first time we are vacationing in Egypt, the price is very comfortable. For an additional fee of $ 10, we went individually. In February 2023, a family of 4 people ordered a 4-person excursion on a bathyscaphe for $ 50, kind of like a vip, in fact, I think it was possible to choose a cheaper tour. Hello! We went on a Mega Safari with my husband from Hurghada. I want to write my review. I had been on safari twice before that day (in Turkey and in Sharma). And what you had is not even close to being compared. 1. I ordered an excursion from Russia, and this implies a Russian-speaking guide. He wasn't there. Your guys are great (there are no complaints about them), they tried to speak a little Russian, but if I didn't know English, then we would feel like complete morons there and didn't understand anything, dade where to go. 2. The mirage was not shown to us, the weather was good, not even a word was said about it!!! 3. No national tortillas were fried for us, this is stated in your program. 4 ❗We were picked up from the hotel by car without a guard, we (4 people) they almost DIED from the heat there, especially when the car stopped at traffic lights (it was stated that the train would go both ways). 5. Riding quadricks and buggies takes too little time. Of the whole tour, we spent more time just sitting and waiting for something. 6.Introduction to the culture of boudoins. No one introduced us to her, three sentences in English and we drove back. 7❗ Evening show. On your tour, it's just ridiculous. For two hours we sat and waited for a belly dance for 3 minutes, a skirt dance for 5 minutes, there was no fakir show!!(although it was stated in the program). And someone else danced there. As a result, the evening show is no more than 15 minutes. And why keep us there for 2 hours?... So that we can fall asleep?... I am most dissatisfied with the tour.

We had a vacation in Sharma in December 2021. Excursions were bought in the Nile Voyage. We were satisfied with the price and quality. I advise you to use the services of this company. The description of the excursions is generally true. The price is the same as indicated on the website. All three trips were organized very well. They were taken on a tour from the hotel at the exact appointed time. All excursions outside the Charm are accompanied by a police escort.
"Cairo by bus": A convoy is formed from a multitude of buses, which is accompanied by a police car. The road is long. At the beginning of December, it was cool on the bus at night – take warm clothes. The bus is equipped with a bathroom. One stop to Cairo (free toilet, cafe). A bus broke down in front of Cairo. They were promptly replaced with another one. We got to the museum at 11:00. I was very lucky to have a guide! After the museum, a 30-minute walk along the Nile is offered for an additional $ 10. Those who refuse to walk are closed on the bus. Lunch is good. We took a thermos of tea with us, so we didn't have to buy drinks at the restaurant. Then everything is on the program – Giza, the papyrus museum and the oil factory. We left Cairo at 19:00 in the same organized column. Return from Cairo is not at 23:45, as promised, but at 03:30 to Hadaba, at 04:45 (to Naama Bay). It took a long time to deliver the Hadaba to the hotels.
"Ras Mohammed and the white island on a yacht": alcohol is taken for storage at the entrance to the port. People pour into thermos flasks, into Coke bottles… It takes about three minutes to swim to the white island, you will walk the rest of the distance, take slippers, because there are corals there. There will be an escort with a lifebuoy nearby. An easy and pleasant excursion. It is better not to take a boat trip on Friday and Saturday – they say a lot of locals are on vacation.
"The Lost Land": the order and components of the tour do not correspond to the information posted on the website. The visit to the canyon was postponed to the end of the tour. It ruined everything. The road there is very long (constant stops, camel riding, rental of snorkeling gear, snorkeling itself (almost an hour), lunch, a shopping center with an oil factory instead of a market in Dahab), as a result, we arrived at the canyon at 14:30 (we left the hotel at 6:30) tired of the long road. The sun had already gone behind the mountain and the lake was no longer illuminated. I really missed the sun! But it's still very beautiful and unforgettable. The return trip from the canyon to Naama Bay took only 2.5 hours. Return is not at 17:00, but at 19:45.
