A great place for evening relaxation. Associates itself as Georgian cuisine. Yes, indeed, the cuisine is Georgian, but it's a pity that not all dishes are as good as those of the Georgians. But from the second and even more so from the third time, you already know what you can take and what is better not to take. The portions are large and satisfying, so you won't leave here hungry. The staff is polite and very courteous. There is also, or rather, sometimes there is a live performance, but it lasts so little, I didn't exactly notice, but it seemed to me that this singing lasted no more than 2 hours, well, a maximum of 3 hours.

The atmosphere, interior, and service are a credit.
In terms of cuisine : the khachapuri was delicious, but definitely less in weight than stated. The Khinkali didn't go in at all. The meat with beef and chicken was sour and salty. I liked it with cheese. I was very pleased that Georgian lemonades are available.
My husband, who has lived in Georgia for 5 years, (there is something to compare) believes that the kitchen needs to work on the broth and the weight of khachapuri.

We visited this place as part of the Gastrofest. We were pleasantly surprised by both the service and the cuisine. The waiter Victor, who served us, showed attention, politeness and speed in serving dishes. Everything was hot and the wait was no more than 10 minutes. If this remains the case after the Gastrofest, then we will come more than once. Thank you for a pleasant time.

I recently visited the Nino restaurant, which finally reopened after a long closure. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely negative.
From the very beginning, we were informed that the waiting time for hot dishes would be 40-45 minutes. We accepted this, but as it turned out, waiting is not the only problem. When we arrived, we sat down at a table, but no one brought the menu. It took about 15 minutes, and I had to call the waiter myself, although other customers who came later than us had already started receiving service.
When we finally chose the dishes, it turned out that many of the items were unavailable. The waiter explained that they just can't cook them at the moment. Nevertheless, we placed an order and started waiting. The waiting time dragged on to an hour and 10 minutes, and during this time two other waiters came up to us and asked if we were ready to place an order. It seems strange that they didn't know that we had already made it.
After this long period, I went to the checkout myself to find out when we could receive our order. To which they replied that they might need to wait another 30 minutes. This has already crossed all boundaries.
I have never seen such an amateurish and neglectful attitude towards guests. As a result, having wasted a lot of time, we left hungry and disappointed. It is a pity that instead of a pleasant visit, we got a spoiled mood.

There was one unit, but I put 4, because I liked the food and the portion size. It's very tasty and healthy, the waiter guy did a great job. We visited the institution on November 8, 2024.
Upon entering the building, we were warned that we need to have time to eat in an hour, as other guests will come. We accepted this information and sat down at the table, we were ready to order dishes, but no one came up to us until I got up myself and hinted that we would not have time to eat in an hour because of the long service.
After ordering food, 20 minutes later, khachapuri (raw) was brought to us. Yes, there is cottage cheese, but this does not mean that it should be raw on all sides....
After another 30 minutes, khinkali was brought to us. The meat is small, it tastes like 🔥
In general, I wish the guys to be more organized. Judging by the reviews after the opening, there is a lack of a good leader. It is clear that the girls grab at every visitor, but they forget about many of them altogether..

The impression of visiting this institution remained extremely negative. We came with friends and sat on the veranda. We made an order, three portions of khinkali. The order was waited for more than an hour. The waiter girl brought part of the order! (there are different types of khinkali on the same dish). The khinkali was slightly warm and falling apart (it felt like it was the remains of an unfinished order from a nearby table, which the waiter had picked up a little earlier! The second part of the order was delivered to us about fifteen minutes later. It was more like freshly cooked khinkali, they were hot and strong. Thank you, I have no desire to visit this institution anymore.

Today we visited the Georgian cuisine cafe "Nino" with my husband. It was our first time in this cafe.
It is a very atmospheric place where you can taste the national dishes of Georgia.
The choice fell on this cafe on the recommendation of friends.
We ordered lunch here:
Nino's signature salad with pomegranate,
Kharcho soup, which surprised with its spicy taste, the freshest Georgian bread with a pleasant taste,
Khinkali is classic for my husband and with coriander for me, I really like herbs. I didn't regret it at all, the taste is excellent. Tkemali and satsebeli sauces were added to them.
Well, how about without khachapuri in Adjarian, one serving was enough for two. Impeccable pastries, lots of cheese, wonderful creamy taste.
The prices in the cafe are quite affordable.
I really love cooking myself, making different pastries, but today Bravo to the Chef, the staff.
I also really want to thank the beautiful girl officer who served our table. She is very attentive and friendly, I wish I could remember her name.

We've been to this place before, everything was great last time. Therefore, on Valentine's Day, I decided to invite my husband to this restaurant, as he loves khachapuri in Ajarian very much. First, I'll tell you about the pros - it was warm on the veranda, delicious fried suluguni and it was brought quickly, the chicken in Chkmerul was not bad (although a little bland for my taste, but overall OK). Homemade wine with herbs seemed a little strange, maybe just unusual because of the herbs. But alas, I'm shooting two stars.
The first one is for "live music". I'm not against pleasant live music in an institution, but only if it's music to the place and the institution itself is equipped with musical accompaniment. As a result, I had to listen to songs with not very good cons from speakers that were clearly not intended for this, it was loud and unpleasant, even it was difficult to talk. The repertoire was also upsetting, songs about "in a frenzy at bars" are not what you want to hear on a romantic evening. Sting's cover, oh... it would be better if the maestro himself sang from a flash drive than such a live performance. No offense to the singing girl, she was clearly trying. But if I had known in advance that there would be such a musical accompaniment, I would have chosen another institution.
I'm shooting the second star for khachapuri, alas. I don't understand why it happened this time, probably because of the heavy workload of the kitchen, because last time everything was fine. Yesterday, they brought us khachapuri with barely grasped dough (and I want a ruddy crust on the sides) and almost raw protein. I called the waitress and asked her to finish baking some khachapuri so that the protein would grab. To which several girls from the staff gathered around our table and began to prove to me that it was necessary and tedious to dip pastries in this raw protein. It was extremely unpleasant. No, I can assume that in some recipes it is allowed to leave the protein raw (although I have now reread a bunch of recipes on the web, and 90% write that the protein should seize). But I have never seen anything like this in any institution. My husband and I used to love visiting Georgian restaurants in St. Petersburg and Crimea, and we never saw raw protein there, which we couldn't even dip properly, because it has such a slippery consistency. Everything was fine in the same place a couple of months ago. This time, apparently, they just didn't keep it, or now this is the recipe. My husband was hungry, and we did not argue with half the staff of the institution and spoil our evening, somehow pushed aside this protein and ate. About khinkali, I can only say that, as we have already written here, there is not enough meat. And it's a little sad that khinkali is served without sauce, the feeling that the institution has squeezed a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream.
I will add a review. I received positive feedback and apologies from the restaurant on the social network, I will return the star for this, good feedback is important. I am glad that many establishments have begun to understand this.

Advantages: lots of positive emotions, liked the staff and delicious cuisine.
Disadvantages: there were none.
We celebrated the corporate birthday of the company in the cafe "Nino". The banquet was ordered for 18 people, we doubted whether we would fit. But in vain, because they occupied half of the veranda. The food is very hearty, delicious and we even had a lot of everything (we didn't listen to the manager when we pre-ordered, it's better to order more later). Everyone was satisfied, everything was very pleasant, especially khachapuri, mushrooms in ketsi, chicken in Chmerulsky, kebab, Napoleon cake - it just melts in your mouth. Everything is very very tasty. We also danced to good music and the wonderful voice of singer Diana.
We had a very good rest and had a lot of fun visiting.
Thanks a lot to Cafe Nino! We will definitely come to you more than once.

I love Georgian restaurants, I decided to try it in Vitebsk. Without looking at the menu, I ordered 3 items: khachapuri in Adjarian, red wine and shish kebab, salad with Georgian tomatoes was not there. Failure on all three counts. Khachapuri is tasteless. The wine seemed powdered. The kebab was also not impressed - it was hard . The interior is simple and cheap. if you have not been to good Georgian restaurants, then you can go try it, but if you are used to the best, then I do not advise you to visit. The girls serve nice

I didn't like the place. I expected more. The staff is good, there are no questions. But the cuisine leaves much to be desired, if it is not khinkali or khachapuri. I ordered a branded salad, they brought just a BUNCH of thrown products on a plate, not chopped, but chopped in a hurry, they threw wilted parsley next to it, apparently this is an ornament. But she saved the impression. It looked terrible and disgusting!!!! Naturally, the desire to eat this dish and the appetite disappeared. It's the same with the other salad that we ordered at our table. I am very disappointed. I hope the management will pay attention to the kitchen, and to the presentation and serving of dishes. Especially branded ones. And so it turns out, which company is the same as the kitchen.
