In 2021, I applied to this clinic to install a bracket system. At first everything was fine, but then I noticed that the teeth were moving very slowly. I also had four teeth removed from the front of my jaw, and my orthodontist, Nino Beridze, assured me that the gaps formed after removal would close.
Throughout the treatment, it was difficult to get the attention of Nino Beridze as a treating orthodontist. Despite the appointed time, I often had to wait for an appointment, and in communicating with her and the clinic staff, I felt neither enthusiasm nor basic human involvement.
When the braces were finally removed, the gaps between the teeth had not closed. When I asked about the reasons, they told me that the problem was allegedly in the width of my teeth and now it was necessary to build up six teeth to close the gaps. This left me wondering: why were four healthy teeth removed then? They just said that apart from building up, nothing else could be done. As a result of this treatment, the aesthetics of my smile has noticeably deteriorated, which is obvious from the photos attached to this review.
Before moving to another country, I specifically asked the doctor to carefully examine my teeth and perform a final cleaning so that I would not have to go to dentists for the next year. The cleaning was carried out, and I was assured that my teeth were absolutely healthy. However, when I arrived in Argentina and discovered caries while brushing my teeth, I turned to a local dentist, who found three serious caries – two of which were on the teeth visible at the time of removing the braces. These caries were clearly present even then, but they were obviously noticed at Nino Beridze's clinic and were not reported to me.
During the treatment, Nino examined my teeth only superficially and often handed me over to her assistants. She answered questions reluctantly, only claiming that everything would eventually become even, which never happened. I haven't seen her at all in the last month of treatment – no one checked her work.
Since I fully paid for the orthodontic treatment package back in 2021, I had to complete my treatment at this clinic. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, both in terms of communication and in terms of the quality of the services provided. If quality treatment and attentive attitude are important to you, I strongly recommend choosing other clinics to avoid the indifference and unprofessionalism that I have encountered.

In my opinion, the best orthodontic center in Tbilisi, modern equipment, good waiting area, pleasant doctors. I'm being treated by Nino herself. I like everything so far
