Nice and warm place to stay. Great atmosphere, sandy beach and clean water. Also, houses are comfortable and well equipped.

A cozy house with everything you need. A very comfortable bedroom with a large bed. Good entrance to the water. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It's a great place. Brand new cozy houses on the shore of Sevan. The water is 50 meters away. Friendly staff. There are gazebos with barbecue grills.

Comfortable and inexpensive houses right on the shore of Sevan. We vacationed here with friends in March. It is warm inside and has everything you need, and if something is missing, the owner is always ready to help. It is still quite cool and very windy here at this time of the year. Therefore, take warm clothes with you. We got here from Yerevan in a Yandex Go minivan. The trip cost 11,000 drams.
