We were out of season, we didn't freeze in mid-October, except for the bathroom - in general, this is common for Armenia. The price for a house of 3 rooms (living room/kitchen + 2 bedrooms) is very affordable.

Everything is at the highest level!!! The hosts are very nice! They brought us food that they didn't even have on the menu)
