I said that there were things that stuck in my mind during the service process, there were things I wanted to ask the master during the service, and I went in with permission and was able to ask those who were stuck in the head. Even weeks after the service process was completed, when I asked questions for the head-mounted operations, detailed information was given in a patient and technical way. He explained the procedures to be performed in a clear and understandable way, so I had the chance to learn what was done and why. This made me feel confident and it was a very positive experience in terms of the transparent progress of the service process.
The large parking lot of the service area was also a great advantage. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a parking space in most services, but I have not encountered such a problem here. The fact that there is a large and regular parking area both relieves customer traffic and makes the service process more comfortable.
It was also a very nice detail that there was a specially designed waiting area for customers who brought their motorcycle to the service. It's really nice to have a space where I can sit comfortably while waiting. Moreover, the fact that free tea, coffee, water and snacks are offered here is an indication of the importance given to customer satisfaction. Having such treats during long-lasting transactions makes the customer feel more comfortable and makes the waiting process much more enjoyable.
In general, I was very satisfied with the quality of the service, their customer-oriented approach and the opportunities they offer. Both a service that gives confidence in terms of technical knowledge and hardware, and a business that thinks about customer comfort.
