Good location
Clean hotel staff very good
Very good location
5 minutes walk from Registon
Only downside was the air purifier was very noisy
Switch it off and you can smell drainage
Great location. 5 minutes to Registan, all the main attractions of Samarkand are within walking distance.
The hotel is clean, there is Internet everywhere, but there was no mobile connection, because we lived on the ground floor, and it is located in a lowland., we had to go to the reception. There was no window in the room, but they only came to the room to spend the night.
We booked through the Island with payment on the website, because the cards did not work in Uzbekistan.
Terrible service. Be prepared for the fact that there will be no hot water - the hotel simply saves on electricity and turns off the boiler. According to the staff, you are just a moody guest, They brazenly smile into your eyes and say - what's so-and-so - wash with cold water. I do not recommend the hotel!!!
A picturesque place . Polite staff, the rooms are clean. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is in the very center. Near Registan Square . Therefore, I advise you to stay there
Just an amazing location, close to a delicious restaurant and the most important attractions. The lack of a window is a bit of a hindrance, but there is an air window, so it's not so bad. The price/quality is excellent. Breakfast is not very good, but the restaurant nearby saves
A very cozy hotel, everything is in excellent condition, the renovation was done just recently, the rooms have a new bed and new towels, the shower is modern like in Europe! The staff is the most responsive and pleasant, they will help with all questions and tell you everything in favor of the guests)) The breakfasts were converted to a buffet and it turned out delicious and satisfying) there is almost everything you need and even more)
I recommend only this hotel to everyone!!!
Stay 09.10.2023-11.10.2023
The location of the hotel is excellent. But don't get fooled by this!!!
Breakfast is a disaster! Everything is cold. The kitchen is terrible, small, there is no assortment. There is not enough food for all visitors. The staff should be groveling. The buffet should be replaced with breakfast as necessary 😄
The numbers themselves are three. All the fittings are falling off. The mattresses are wooden.
The owner of the hotel, this is for you personally: drive the staff into the neck, they sleep on the move and do not want to solve customer problems. Orientation is zero.
The most trash was on the 11th in the morning, we woke up-no water, no breakfast. The staff was warned at the same time (according to them) that there will be no water for 2 days. They have a storage device, apparently to which they switched the water all morning. In general, they splashed from bottles. Washing is not an option by itself. The Middle Ages - good afternoon!
Our friends were also asked to pay 100,000 soums for a soiled sheet! Guys, this is the finish line!!! Maybe they should have slept next to the bed on the rug??? (Then they wouldn't get dirty)
In general, it is absolutely not worth your money: 5000 rubles per room for citizens of the Russian Federation! Your price is 2000, it's for a bed, there's nothing else to pay for!
Arrival time is from 04-06.07.2023
A pleasant and cozy hotel, located almost in the cultural and historical center of Samarkand. All attractions are within walking distance.
Room: triple room, we took 3+1 for four people.
Spacious, clean, with good beds and working plumbing and air conditioning. Our room had a shower stall and it's wonderful.
There were complete sets of towels, shampoos, and gels for everyone.
The breakfasts are quite standard (European), but nevertheless the pancakes that the kitchen prepares are exceptionally delicious.
The staff is very friendly and friendly.
Of the cons.
1. The view from the window is the feet of passers-by :-), and this is taking into account the fact that our room is on the 2nd floor.
2. There is no Russian TV channel, not one. (in principle, it is not really necessary, rest).
3. REPAIR THE COFFEE MACHINE, powdered coffee is also terrible as a rubber woman.
result: I highly recommend the hotel to stay, in every sense, both in terms of location and amenities.
The convenient location is close to almost all the sights, the dried fruit bazaar can be walked to explore everything. there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. For foreign tourists 650000sum (26000tenge) breakfast is included
3 stars only for the location (7 minutes from Registan). It is as average as possible, but for those who only spend the night, it is suitable.
One of the advantages is the presence of a working air conditioner, Wi-Fi.
Among the disadvantages are the strange location of the sockets (right in the shower), interruptions in hot water, a hairdryer was brought from the next room
The hotel has only a few advantages - the location is super and relatively normal WiFi. Everything else leaves much to be desired. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of windows and terrible ventilation in the rooms. The rooms are not cleaned. A fast (even for this class of hotel) breakfast, etc. I do not recommend shorter.
Convenient location, wide roads for access to the hotel. The rooms are clean, large, and bathroom amenities are provided. A small remark- late breakfast, already cold.
Great hotel. The location is very good. The owner is an attentive and responsive person. I am always ready to help, including recommendations on places in Samarkand. It remains only for the administrators to take an example from him, otherwise they doubt all the time :)
Good breakfasts. I recommend you to visit!
Nice hotel. Hospitable, friendly staff. Clean, cozy room, there is always hot and cold water, air conditioning. Delicious breakfasts are prepared in the morning. We really liked it. Registan is nearby and very ancient sights are within walking distance. I recommend.

A nice, compact hotel 100 meters from Registan. Quiet, clean. The breakfasts are normal. On the contrary, there is a new good cafe of national cuisine. Please note that there are windows in the rooms, but there is little light, since the neighboring building is very close.
Everything is just great, there are no words from the conditions, from the staff, from the excellent breakfast and even more from the convenience of the location!! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!
It's very cozy. It was opened after the reconstruction exactly on the day of arrival. It is difficult to assess the price / quality, because I did not pay for a group of 16 people. 300m from the Rijistan Square. The rooms are normal, although some mattresses are deformed - for replacement, but I was lucky. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are monotonous and much poorer than we had in Bukhara and Khiva. The dining room is micro, the tables are close and small - you can't even fit with a table => some dishes / portions for two in one dish - you won't guess yourself. But in general, it is a solid 4%.
Helpful staff, help, prompt. We arrived late in the evening, we wanted to try Samarkand pilaf, the guys from the reception called all the best places, called a taxi, put all the dots on the mapsmi map. From the bottom of my heart. It's nice)
The typical location of the hotel pleased me, with a view of the Registon. A good-natured host, delicious hearty breakfasts, but the truth is that the kitchen is a little cramped. The rooms are small, ours was windowless, but clean, comfortable bed, bathroom accessories, hairdryer, slippers are available. In general, the stay was comfortable, thank you
The location is great! In the center of the old town and not far from the central bazaar, but the hotel itself is very far from the concept of a hotel :) There are no windows from the rooms at all! The rest is tolerable

Disgusting hotel.
It would be possible to write about new clean rooms.
But! The hotel behaved as disgustingly as possible and, probably, it is their practice to deceive guests.
30.10.2023 we went to the hotel to see the available rooms. I liked the room.
With a representative of the reception, they booked through a bukin, the price is $ 30.38.
31.10 we stop by, something is quickly calculated on the respshen, 480,000 soums are billed. Pay immediately.
OK, we threw things in the room. I start checking the course-it doesn't add up.
I'm going to the reception. The girls start babbling vaguely about an additional $ 4 per person - "registration tax".
For the first time we hear about this tax in 10 days and a lot of hotels in Uzbekistan.
When asked to show where it is written, "well, look on the Internet there."
Additionally, it is very interesting that 30.78 is the price of the stock on the booking, throwing the same $ 8 on top, we get the price "without the stock".
The coincidence is strange.
But OK, let's assume that there is such a "tax" that was not taken from us.
Why is it not highlighted in the invoice? Why does the reception not communicate when registering that the booking price is $ 8 on top for such and such reasons.
The amount is not fundamental, but the way it is "pushed through" is disgusting.
Further, realizing that after the booking is closed, the booking review will not be positive, the hotel independently changes the booking dates (screen attached) at the end of December with a new cost.
Thus, the guys expect that when canceling a reservation, I will not be able to lower their rating on the booking and leave a detailed review.
It is sad that the hotel, which has ALL the resources to collect top ratings from guests, spoils its reputation itself.
I do not recommend this hotel. Pros: convenient location and good breakfasts. Cons: there are no windows in the rooms, air exchange is only air conditioning, there is not enough natural light, it is dark. It feels like you're living in a basement.
He lasted three days. In the first room (below ground level, i.e. basement), the window does not open, but there is an exhaust fan. Stuffy. The second room, (because I was already leaving, and some Germans arrived), was "pleased" with faulty electrics and the absence of a window. One can only dream of fresh air. He held out. Conclusion: you can stay overnight, as you once did in the USSR in the provinces...
The biggest plus is the location. Right next to the registan. It is very convenient to visit the sights. But many rooms don't have windows.

The advantages are the location and round-the-clock check-in.
Cons - everything else, sound insulation as well as windows are missing, an outlet sticks out of the wall in the bathroom in the shower and dangles, the mattress is hard and the breakfast is meager. Oh, and the bathroom door is transparent.
The hotel is located in a great location in the city, there is an opportunity to see many attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is cozy, the comfort of the guests has been taken care of, the staff is responsive and friendly. Profitable, convenient, pleasant accommodation. I advise you!!!
The repair is new, hot water with normal pressure. The room had no window (although it didn't matter to me). Cards are not accepted - the nearest normal ATM is at the Registan. Breakfast is not brilliant, but normal. The staff is polite and friendly.
I saw (and killed) one cockroach, but perhaps it was an accident - there is no unsanitary conditions, everything is clean.
A clean hotel, pleasant staff, cozy atmosphere, is located a stone's throw from the Registan... it's a pity there are no windows in the rooms, but with air conditioning and a good hood, this did not become a problem
Good location, but early check-in was not confirmed. I had to run around at 5 a.m. and look for a hotel for half a day. And so, it's fine for the price.
