A nice, quiet, peaceful place. Everything you need to eat, swimming pool, kitchen, barbecue. Within walking distance, no more than 10 minutes, there are various cafes with good cuisine. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the sea, and no more than 5 minutes by car. The house itself is good, there are enough rooms for a large company for 8-10 people.
