Greek Cyprus is a good option for a relaxing, easy holiday, a warm, calm sea, a daily promenade along the central street of Ayia Napa.
Shops, cafes, the presence of a great variety of kote, music, a casino, a seafood restaurant, a port, metal monsters along the road, a shop with exotic fruits, where every day we bought magnificent mangoes of huge size, ripe, stunningly delicious, juicy. Two or three excursions, a mountain temple, a yacht, a magnificent sea, a good fitness center with a variety of exercise equipment. Coming to Cyprus every 3 years is in the order of things, more often it is not worth it, so as not to get bored. We liked it, I recommend it. The Nissian Hotel is not bad, but I recommend staying not in a bungalow, but in the main building above. A bungalow on the side, across the street, is not the best option. Have a good experience for everyone.

We spent a wonderful week at the Nissiana Hotel in September 2023.
We rented a one-bedroom bungalow. We were a little worried after reading the reviews that the bungalow is across the street, but in fact there is absolutely no inconvenience in this. The bungalow buildings have their own green well-groomed territory, fenced off from the road by a high hedge, and the road itself is a narrow two-lane, not very busy. There is a zebra crossing.
At the same time, the bungalow has:
- a very spacious living room with two sofas, a TV, two tables and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink, etc.
- spacious bedroom,
- a large bathroom with a bathtub,
- a bankon,
- a private playground with garden furniture!
Wi-Fi in the bungalow works, as well as throughout the hotel, perfectly!
Food
We took half board. By default, this is breakfast + dinner, but dinner can be changed to lunch any day without prior requests, etc. difficulties.
You can buy lunch / dinner "shevedsky table on the spot for 13 euros for adults and 7 for children". Or pay extra on the spot for all inclusive (24 adults and 12 children)
It turned out to be more profitable for us to have half board with an extra charge for drinks, since you have lunch at the water park, then you have dinner in the city.
The set of dishes for breakfast is the same every day, but this is not a problem because in fact it is quite a large selection and everything is delicious and fresh.
The set of dishes for lunch and dinner changes every day + themed dishes by day (Korean cuisine / Chinese / international / grill). The food in the restaurant is excellent, very tasty! Just a special thanks to the chefs!
Dishes on the distribution do not stagnate, they are changed, updated. Dirty dishes are quickly removed from the tables.
Drinks are included in the breakfast. At dinner or lunch - no. You can take everything included, then there will be three meals a day, a snack and all drinks (as usual, non-alcoholic and alcoholic locally produced).
Coffee at breakfast is grain and from a coffee machine, but as it often happens - very so-so, but for an additional fee there is excellent coffee in the bar)
Well, about the hotel itself:
A very cool clean pool surrounded by flowering plants and palm trees. There is a smooth entrance, there is a deep zone and a shallow one for children from 4-5 years old. There is also a children's pool with a depth of 45cm also with a smooth entrance. Our 4-year-old kid was getting high from the pools!
There is a playground, a small underground indoor pool for the cold season, a sauna and a gym.
The hotel is really located very close to Nissi beach and others. A few minutes on foot.
The hotel is not very big and there is no sense of a crowd.
Several times a week evening animation: magician, parrot show, fire show - very cool! There is no daytime animation and this is even a plus - there is silence by the pool.
In general, the hotel is great, we really liked it. Thanks to all the employees! Let's come back again!
