Greek Cyprus is a good option for a relaxing, easy holiday, a warm, calm sea, a daily promenade along the central street of Ayia Napa.
Shops, cafes, the presence of a great variety of kote, music, a casino, a seafood restaurant, a port, metal monsters along the road, a shop with exotic fruits, where every day we bought magnificent mangoes of huge size, ripe, stunningly delicious, juicy. Two or three excursions, a mountain temple, a yacht, a magnificent sea, a good fitness center with a variety of exercise equipment. Coming to Cyprus every 3 years is in the order of things, more often it is not worth it, so as not to get bored. We liked it, I recommend it. The Nissian Hotel is not bad, but I recommend staying not in a bungalow, but in the main building above. A bungalow on the side, across the street, is not the best option. Have a good experience for everyone.

We spent a wonderful week at the Nissiana Hotel in September 2023.
We rented a one-bedroom bungalow. We were a little worried after reading the reviews that the bungalow is across the street, but in fact there is absolutely no inconvenience in this. The bungalow buildings have their own green well-groomed territory, fenced off from the road by a high hedge, and the road itself is a narrow two-lane, not very busy. There is a zebra crossing.
At the same time, the bungalow has:
- a very spacious living room with two sofas, a TV, two tables and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink, etc.
- spacious bedroom,
- a large bathroom with a bathtub,
- a bankon,
- a private playground with garden furniture!
Wi-Fi in the bungalow works, as well as throughout the hotel, perfectly!
Food
We took half board. By default, this is breakfast + dinner, but dinner can be changed to lunch any day without prior requests, etc. difficulties.
You can buy lunch / dinner "shevedsky table on the spot for 13 euros for adults and 7 for children". Or pay extra on the spot for all inclusive (24 adults and 12 children)
It turned out to be more profitable for us to have half board with an extra charge for drinks, since you have lunch at the water park, then you have dinner in the city.
The set of dishes for breakfast is the same every day, but this is not a problem because in fact it is quite a large selection and everything is delicious and fresh.
The set of dishes for lunch and dinner changes every day + themed dishes by day (Korean cuisine / Chinese / international / grill). The food in the restaurant is excellent, very tasty! Just a special thanks to the chefs!
Dishes on the distribution do not stagnate, they are changed, updated. Dirty dishes are quickly removed from the tables.
Drinks are included in the breakfast. At dinner or lunch - no. You can take everything included, then there will be three meals a day, a snack and all drinks (as usual, non-alcoholic and alcoholic locally produced).
Coffee at breakfast is grain and from a coffee machine, but as it often happens - very so-so, but for an additional fee there is excellent coffee in the bar)
Well, about the hotel itself:
A very cool clean pool surrounded by flowering plants and palm trees. There is a smooth entrance, there is a deep zone and a shallow one for children from 4-5 years old. There is also a children's pool with a depth of 45cm also with a smooth entrance. Our 4-year-old kid was getting high from the pools!
There is a playground, a small underground indoor pool for the cold season, a sauna and a gym.
The hotel is really located very close to Nissi beach and others. A few minutes on foot.
The hotel is not very big and there is no sense of a crowd.
Several times a week evening animation: magician, parrot show, fire show - very cool! There is no daytime animation and this is even a plus - there is silence by the pool.
In general, the hotel is great, we really liked it. Thanks to all the employees! Let's come back again!

We had a rest in August 2021, the hotel is beautiful, the most important thing is the sea is nearby, 5 minutes, the sea is cool, the water is extraordinary, the pool is very nice with clean water, everything is thought out, greenery is all around, a playground, shops, cafes are nearby, you can take a bus to the center, went on an excursion on a pirate ship I liked it! We had a rest from November 3 to November 14. I really liked it. The room is ordinary, but the mattresses were surprised - very comfortable, they slept well. There is a hair dryer, but I didn't use it. I liked the shampoo and conditioner, better than the hyped brands I used at home. The staff is calm and friendly, the girls at the reception speak Russian. We took it with included breakfasts and dinners. It is impossible to stay hungry. The food is very tasty and varied, calmly suitable for both kids and adults. Coffee is in vending machines, and tea bags. Ice cream can be eaten by everyone and in any quantity, 4 types. It's delicious, although I usually don't eat it- I'm indifferent. Fruits : apples, delicious pears, grapes, tangerines, bananas, dates, prunes, raisins, grapefruit - I didn't forget anything. Delicious pastries. I'm indifferent to baking in general, but I couldn't refuse a piece of strudel - the dough is thin, apples, raisins and walnuts are perfect, the pastry chef knows his business. The meat is varied and perfectly cooked: the seasonings are the best and even the beef is not tough. The cook knows his job too. There are no drinks at all for dinner, but you can order: tea will be in the kettle on the table, or wine of your choice will be brought, or coffee. Some ordered, but most had enough fruit and ice cream. Instead of lunch, we took yogurt and tortillas to the room at the store, drank tea - kettle in the room with cups and glasses. The main thing is that we were lucky in the weather! We caught summer by the tail and it played with us affectionately. The sea and the beach are very clean, the sand is like in Vietnam. The water is wonderful- the sea has not cooled down yet. It is impossible for even a child to drown - 20 meters shallow, and then the depth gradually begins. An umbrella and a sunbed cost 2.5 euros, but most throw a towel right on the clean fine sand. Adults and children build sand castles, I liked the funny crocodile. You can walk along the shore and around the town completely freely. You can rent a car, but their traffic is on the left, we saw our confused compatriots))) and we decided to walk. There are many restaurants, we went to the "Mu-Mu" to try the famous fish meze, I liked it: it's a seafood platter, the waiter explained everything in Russian. My husband and I liked both Ayia Napa and the Nissiana Hotel very much: now we dream of flying here with our moms, mine will be 85 next year, I hope finances and health will allow.

The Nissiana & Bungalows Hotel is located on the second coastline 200 meters from the sea. Not to the beach, but to the sea. The road takes 5-7 minutes of a leisurely walk. The beach is one of the best in Cyprus. It's the truth. Sand, cleanliness and not a lot of people. The hotel has its own swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. A children's area and a common area. I was pleasantly surprised by the buffet kitchen. The food is varied, delicious and always available (no need to wait for it to be brought). For information, the chef is the best on the coast, (many people here can confirm you). The waiters are attentive, only the plate becomes empty immediately. The buffet includes everything except drinks. Tea, coffee and drinks are free for breakfast, drinks are paid for lunch and dinner, they can be bought right there at the bar. It is more expensive than in the store, but not critical. If you only have breakfast and dinner included (dinner can be changed to lunch), then this is completely enough. At the very least, there are many cafes within a 2-minute walk, very affordable. The rooms are not bad. Nice beds, clean sheets and nice linen. The rooms are cleaned every day. Linen - once every three days. The money is not at the reception, the cleaners do not take it. Representatives of travel agencies come at certain hours and resolve all issues, including excursions. Be careful when choosing excursions. Choose only those that you can handle. This means long journeys and crossings. A visit to the Basses cafe, which is offered to everyone, is very much for an amateur. I will write about this in more detail in the evaluation of the cafe itself. In general, for such money in September, and this is the best month here, you will not find it. Don't be scared, these three stars are pulling freely on four.. I read it, like it, I tried my best.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of October 2021. An excellent hotel for those who can live without luxury service. Once again, we are convinced that European three-piece cars provide an excellent level of service. Our room was a family room, spacious and bright, everything is working properly, it is clear that everything is being monitored and cleaned. Cleaning every day, I don't know how many times the bed is changed, but everything was always clean. The room has 4 single beds, bedside tables, a bathtub, a wardrobe, a table, an LCD TV and a balcony. The food is delicious, the breakfast is standard European, the dinners are varied - there are always different types of meat, fish and several side dishes, delicious cakes. All the staff of the hotel are friendly and friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian, The location is good - 5 minutes walk to the sea, to the beautiful Nissi Beach, and this is the most important thing, the beach has all the amenities and services, to the center of Ayia Napa 5 minutes by bus. The weather in Cyprus is excellent at this time in the afternoon on 26-27, in the evening on 20-22, the sea is warm. We definitely recommend the hotel!

I had a rest in September 2021, I liked everything, the hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking. The plug adapter is given at the reception with a deposit of 2 euros, so you do not need to buy it. There is a kettle in the room, water can be bought at any market inexpensively: for those who are on half board, the rest are free at the bar. The food, to my taste, is excellent: fresh and stewed vegetables, fish and meat of 3 types, fruits, cakes and ice cream for dessert. Drinks for those on half board are free for breakfast only. In the evening, there is a place to walk along the streets, a lot of markets and restaurants. There is live music or a show at the hotel after dinner almost every day. The road to the beach is convenient, the walk is close. To pay for a sunbed and an umbrella for 2.5 euros, a total of 5. The collector walks from 10 o'clock to 10 "for free ". The sea was calm, there was only a storm for one day. The entrance to the sea is comfortable, sandy and gentle. The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable swimming pool. A wonderful family hotel! Delicious and varied food in the restaurant, friendly staff, daily cleaning, animation for adults and children, playground, proximity to Nissi Beach! A gorgeous sea, unusually azure in color! Shizlong is paid. The entrance to the sea from this beach is very convenient for children, it is very shallow for a very long time, but it does not bother adults at all))) Everyone swims in the shallow water! There is a possibility to rent catamarans and jet skis. The beach itself is very busy, if you come around 12 o'clock, then you can no longer find a chaise longue, but alternatively, you can sit on your towel and with your umbrella and it's free! After lunch, a DJ starts playing in the main beach bar! Very cool! Foam party several times a week))) We also went to Makronisos beach, not far from Nissi. The same clean beach, but very quiet, and the entry into the sea to the depth is not long, we were with a child and did not really like it.
As for housing. We lived in a bungalow at the Nissiana Hotel. This is a separate area from the hotel. Very decent rooms, which have a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, stove, all utensils, in a word, like a full-fledged apartment. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
I really enjoyed the rest, I would love to come back!

We had a rest in early November. By this time, the hotel was almost empty, despite the excellent weather (+28 in the afternoon). The hotel is located on the second coast, opposite Nissi beach (5 minutes on foot). The territory of the hotel is small: a nice swimming pool, a tennis court, a children's play area, Parking. The choice of breakfast dishes is monotonous, but there is plenty of everything: cereals, yoghurts, scrambled eggs, sausages and cheeses, fruits and pastries. Vending machines with coffee and juices.
We had a standard room for 2 adults, small but quite comfortable. The beds are comfortable. They cleaned every day. The in-room safe is chargeable. EURO SOCKETS (adapters at the reception for a deposit of 2 euros).

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2021. Cyprus is already warm, the sea is cool in the morning and evening. It warms up during the day, fortunately it is shallow on Nissi beach. The hotel itself is across the street and parking from the sea. The views are good. According to the hotel: 1 plus it is free internet. 2 there is a fairly large swimming pool and there is a paddling pool for small ones. There were no crowds of Englishmen in the pool with us. The staff is always smiling. They try to speak Russian, good English. The rooms are clean, cleaning, change of towels, (soap, shampoo, toilet paper will always be added.)they do it every other day (if you leave a tag on the door that needs to be removed, they will definitely remove it, at least every day.) Breakfast: classic English - eggs, hamlet, sausages, cheese, bacon, croissants, vegetable salads, coffee, tea, juice, water. Lunches were not taken so that there was no connection to the hotel (nearby, within a 15-minute walk of cafes, shops). Dinner: meat is usually 2 types (chicken, pork or lamb, fish, etc.), side dishes : pasta, rice, stewed vegetables. There are several types of salads, dressings, olives, cheese, sausages, bacon, sausage. There are French fries, nuggets, pizza. And local sweet cakes. For dinner, adults without water, coffee, etc. (at their own expense). Children can take water with them for free. Beach: this is probably one of the top beaches for families with children in Cyprus..very gentle entrance to the sea. A few kilometers away there is makronis, also a very nice beach. By bus, it seems 101 you can get to the arch of Aphrodite
Buses also run to Figtree Bay in Protaras. When we left, we were fed sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is great, the team is trying hard.

Well located from Nissi beach, 5 minutes walk. The hotel is clean and well cleaned. I really liked the restaurant, we took breakfast and dinner. There were five of them, three adults and two children. Everyone liked it. The dinners are varied and very tasty. The breakfasts are also good. The waiters are friendly, the dishes are cleaned quickly and unobtrusively. The rooms were given nearby, on the second floor with a huge balcony and side sea view. The air conditioner was working properly. The cleaning is normal. The beds are comfortable. The safe is charged 2 euros per day with a deposit of 15 euros, a kettle with a deposit of 10 euros. All staff is friendly, there is a Playground. I liked everything, I would love to come back again.

We really liked it! The kitchen is great! The pool is gorgeous. The fitness rooms are equipped. The location is wonderful. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. If you like to party, go to Nissi Beach. Who needs peace - Lando Beach is a little further away. Between these beaches there is a rocky picturesque shore with a promenade. A sea of extraordinary color! If you want evening peace, take rooms with land views or bungalows. The sea-view rooms overlook the pool and the bar. Music and vacationers can be up to 12 o'clock.

A great, very cozy and welcoming hotel! There is everything for families with children! Delicious and varied cuisine, wonderful rooms in the wing above the restaurant (we lived with a balcony facing the sea), good and timely service, gym and pool in the basement, large multi-level pool in the courtyard. The beautiful Nissi beach is literally a 5-minute walk away (with longer children). We will be very happy to go there again!

A great hotel, if I hadn't known that 3* - I would have boldly given 4. Comfortable clean rooms, territory, amazing beach 5 minutes walk away, close to shops with everything that can be useful, very good breakfasts and dinners - 3* in Cyprus they feed better than 4* in Turkey. We went with children aged 8 and 16, everyone is happy, in the spring my wife and daughter go there again.

It was scary to go to 3 stars for the first time, a friend advised the hotel, before that we were always in the fours, but I would give Nissiana all 4 stars! Very clean, new furniture, everything worked in the room (which is rare in hotels), I liked the food, the pool. I didn't like the toilets by the pool, because I'm afraid of insects, and they crawl there. The animation is weak, but we don't care, we were accidentally caught three times when we returned to the hotel in the evening. The location is close to the sea, the beach is about 10 minutes away. Everyone says it's a party place, but I disagree, there were a lot of families with children. I also liked the corner with table tennis, air hockey and vending machines. They also took rackets for free and played lawn tennis. For those who have everything included, the sauna is still included in the services. Unexpectedly good hotel for 3 stars. I'm surprised it's not 4.

Our first visit to Cyprus left us with a lot of positive emotions! We arrived at the hotel at the first hour of the day, we were warmly received, offered to have lunch and relax at the bar to pass the time before checking into the room (according to the rules in all hotels, check-in takes place at 14 o'clock). The room is small, but very clean and cozy, our Windows had a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. We cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed even on the day of our departure. We hardly watched TV, just before going to bed, but we found several popular Russian channels.
The cuisine deserves separate compliments - every day there are several types of meat, fish, and fresh vegetables. fruits, olives, the most delicate pastries. We really liked that there were days of themed cuisine: Italian, Greek, etc.
Despite the fact that the hotel was full of people, a lot of children, there was never any jostling and waiting for an empty seat. Dirty dishes were removed from the tables with lightning speed, cleanliness everywhere.
The famous Nissi Beach is a five-minute walk from the hotel. Yes, it is necessary to cross the road, but there is a pedestrian crossing, so we did not experience any problems. There were sun beds and umbrellas on the beach (for a fee), but they had to be caught early in the morning, we didn't want that, so we bought a large beach umbrella, our towels were fine. Moreover, they were not lying on the rocks, but on the wonderful white sand.
There was no noisy animation in the evenings, but there were live music concerts, a fire show, and a magician. It was nice to spend time at the bar. The music was playing all the time, but there was no deafening roar, and behind the closed doors of the balcony it could not be heard at all.
It was very pleasant to find that when we went down at four o'clock in the morning with our suitcases in the hall, already with our suitcases, preparing to leave, carefully prepared sandwiches, cupcakes and a cup of hot coffee were waiting for us.
Our doubts about 3 stars disappeared on the very first day, in Turkey such a hotel would have pulled at least 4+, if not higher. I would love to come here more than once. A cozy family vacation is here!

During the rest (changed the room) we forgot the watch in the room, we were informed at the reception, we were told that the watch would be brought now. But neither now nor later, the watch was not returned. As a result, they turned on the search and found them far outside the hotel.
They tried to make a fool of the reception, as if there were no clock.
The watch was brought later and returned.
But the hotel has ruined its reputation.
