A good workshop. Even the best one I've ever been to. Polite craftsmen, they always did my work quickly and efficiently (I repaired several men's bags and a backpack). The prices, in my opinion, are at the level of other bag repair shops.
Another advantage is that they work normally on weekends, which is rare in such workshops.
I'm going to continue using the services of this workshop and recommend it to others.

The price is unreasonably high. There was a problem: the lock on the backpack was coming apart. They asked for 20 rubles for a dog change. As a result, I fixed it in another workshop, in Petrovshchina, it turns out that I didn't even have to change the dog. They did it for free, and they change the dog there for 2 rubles (10 times cheaper!!!)

Master Natalia told me knowledgeably, like a true professional, why the lock failed and repaired my favorite handbag in 2 days so that even a specialist would not notice that repairs had been made. I handed over a Samsonite suitcase to replace 2 wheels. The service costs 48 rubles. Initially, I was given a price tag of 52 rubles. and subsequently, in answers to questions about why it was so expensive, they explained that "a decent-looking girl came." That is, their price tag is not set according to the actual cost of spare parts and installation work, but the appearance of the person who applied for the service. After questions, the price was reduced to 48 rubles, calling it preferential terms.
On the 1st trip to the center of Minsk (from Nemiga to the Center. railway station) one of the wheels began to come apart, rubber scraps hung from it. They refused to replace the wheel for free, saying that their warranty obligations do not apply to spare parts provided by their supplier, and this completely contradicts the Law "On Consumer Protection".
CONCLUSION: Unfair, slow, unreasonably high price, low-quality components. I do not recommend contacting you.

I contacted the Thread twice - both times I am satisfied with the result of the work :) I repaired the handbag strap for the first time - it looks like new. And the other day I brought a suitcase with a torn handle there - it was done in one day (!), it holds fast, it looks like a native))) I am very pleased that the receptionist (both times I got to the same employee) tells me how to save money on repairs (explains which of the expensive services can be replaced with something simpler and cheaper). In general, I recommend a Thread!
