A cozy, clean hotel, there is an excellent swimming pool with access to the sea nearby. Hearty and delicious breakfasts.
But I would like to say a special thank you to the owner of the hotel - a very cheerful and kind person. The atmosphere at the hotel was exceptionally friendly. The host created a space in which the guests felt at home. He took care of all our needs, going beyond his responsibilities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the owner was constantly serving cocktails. It is also worth noting the owner's excellent sense of humor.
In general, check into this hotel - you will definitely not regret it.

We are very pleased with the choice of the hotel. It is located in a good location. Close to the park and beaches. We walk to the "center". The owner of the hotel not only fulfills, but anticipates our desires. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very hearty and delicious.

The hotel is located a couple of kilometers from the marina and the so-called central part of the island can hardly be called an inconvenience. A public minibus will take you almost to the hotel from the center. You can also walk - the ascents and descents along the way are not very steep. The advantages of the location can definitely be attributed - silence, proximity to the wooded part of the island, where you can take a great walk or ride a bike - there are enough routes for a couple of days, located a hundred meters from the hotel, an inexpensive, but quite clean, quiet equipped beach.
The hotel itself has no more than a dozen rooms. The rooms are not very large - most of the area is occupied by a double bed. At the same time, there is air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe and a pair of bedside tables. Outside, each room has a table with a couple of chairs.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. And this is really a very large and delicious breakfast with omelette, sausage, jam, honey, a set of local cheeses, fresh vegetables and fruits. Coffee, tea, and bottled drinking water are available for free at any time of the day without restrictions. Almost every day, the owner treated us to homemade lemonade and a plate of fruits - cherries, oranges, apples.
To the owner, his name is Ozgur, I would like to say a special big thank you for the excellent service and constant, but not intrusive attention. In particular, for a room with a sea view, to which we were moved after its release, although we paid for basic accommodation. For advice - in which places on the island you can eat tasty and inexpensive fish or meat dishes, as well as where to buy decent wine. The owner of the hotel also owns a range of electric bicycles. We mostly traveled around the island on foot, but if you wish, you can use two-wheeled transport.
In general, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and are ready to recommend this hotel.

It is not the most luxurious and not the biggest, but we have not been given such a warm welcome anywhere. It's like you've come to visit your own uncle and aunt.
Yes, it is small and all the rooms are very compact, but if you really look at it, and you don't need more. The furniture is all clean and even worthy of five-star hotels. Linen towels - everything is as it should be.
And you will not be offered a room to choose from anywhere, and even more so when a room with a beautiful view is available, you will not be offered to move into it, simply because you are so good. And here they will offer, you are the one who is expected here.
But the very heart of this hotel is its owner. Such a warm and sympathetic person still needs to be looked for. Every day he made it clear that it was you who were special, that it was he who was waiting for you.
He will tell us how to get there, where to go, it was he who suggested non-tourist cafes to us. And it's so nice. It was he who inspired us to travel to the Heybeliada and Burgazada.
Breakfast may not have been a buffet, but it was healthy and we had enough to eat and even feed countless cats.
And coffee, tea with lemon and mint, a bottle of cold water - it was all sincere.
Perhaps someone will say that the hotel is far from the center, but it is located on the most beautiful street. And all the most beautiful mansions are located here. In general, we had no problems getting to the center.

I had a rest from 7 to 12 May/23g. I didn't understand why the hotel was called a boutique..
For 1* it is quite decent, but the price by Russian standards is oh..I---5-300 rubles .and since May 15 and more 6t. But, apparently, for the island location.The room is tiny, about 6m. The worst thing is that all the equipment in the shower is old, the tile was covered with black mold, the blanket when I checked in was with dirty smelly duvet covers. The hotel saves on cheap napkins in the restaurant / dining room - they give 2 pieces each!!!!.I have to ask for more . I bought mine later... Toilet paper is also only one roll and ask again .Apparently, it is served by a family that is neither boom-boom in the hotel business.... Nothing at all...But what you ask is done obsequiously, as if apologizing. There is a lot of different food at breakfast.Only gluttons don't have enough, probably ...
in short...One star is enough.

A small hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are very small. The breakfasts are monotonous and very small portions. You don't get enough to eat before the road. The hotel itself is 20 minutes from the marina. There are no people on the streets after 20:00, only some cats run around, of which there are very, very many in byukada. I do not recommend this hotel for long check-ins, maximum one night.

We were at the hotel from September 19th to 20th. It is very easy to find, just go around the main circle, you can get there by horse harness, but there are horses so sick and driven that they are very sorry and scared that they will die in front of you. We enjoyed walking around, looking at interesting houses and villas. We took a room with dinner and breakfast, which turned out to be very justified in the conditions of the Siege. They cook well, for dinner there is a second course to choose from (meat, chicken, fish) with salad and snacks, a lot. The breakfast is choiceless, but very varied, from omelette to honey. A very cozy hotel with small but clean rooms, we were pleased with the presence of a terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, which we took advantage of. The staff is friendly, they fulfill all requests and meet everything halfway. By 19 o'clock, the hype subsides and you are left alone with nature in peace and quiet, sitting on the terrace with a cup / glass of something and enjoying the view of the Marmara Sea, an indescribable feeling after the Istanbul earthquake. There is a Russian-speaking employee, to their shame they did not ask her name, and when they left, they did not find her. Elena, I think. Thank her very much separately, she told me everything and translated the words of the owner. We will definitely come again and it is here, it is worth it...
