Beautiful multi-level park in the center.

A very cozy place. An island among four streets. Local residents and guests of Baku gather here. However, sometimes people miss the bins with the hit of garbage. And they smoke a lot.

A very pleasant park with stairs, old trees and a beautiful monument to Nizami. There are benches, a paid parking building nearby.
