The place is not bad at all, food is very delicious and have some some quite interesting dishes, the only point i’ll note is that although the place may be good for older children it’s not good enough for children under age of 7 the activities are not suitable and the staff is not attentive enough for that age group or lower. The program includes - eating, face drawing, paper show, dancing and cake ceremony, baking pizza etc… it’s really quite interesting for children.

A stylish cozy cafe. Good cuisine, mostly European. Good service. There is a children's room with animators. Prices are above average.

The prices are higher than in other establishments in more interesting locations of the city, but for these prices it is not tasty at all. Very spicy ramen, with carrots in huge chunks for some reason, stuck together in sauce, over-salted carbonara. I'm not talking about rib eye steak at all, in some kind of marinade and with lumps of fat. The service is also not up to par. Tea with thyme was brought instead of tea with mint. The waiter is slow, with a lack of skills in arranging dishes on the table (he picked up my phone to place the dish). From the good: the interior and the cute balcony, though with a view of the devastation.

We recently visited this wonderful cafe and were completely delighted! We ordered milkshake and frappuccino - the drinks were simply amazing: very tasty and refreshing. A pleasant surprise was the large playground, which is really impressive in its size. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere in the cafe is cozy and relaxing. An ideal place for a family holiday, we will definitely come back here again!👍

The children's playroom is located in the basement. The child must be without parents, there is an animator. I was allowed to go with the baby because she didn't want to go alone. I sat on the sidelines, my daughter played by herself. 1 hour costs 2 thousand drams. You can take a break and go eat. I took some photos, I hope it will be useful for the guests :)

A quiet, cozy place with excellent, original cuisine. The portions are large and hearty. The prices are reasonable. The beer is excellent, it's a pity I didn't remember the name. The service is on the level. We met with friends calmly and talked. This is one of the places where music is not annoying. I recommend it, I'll go again!

I can't leave a positive review about Njoy. Of all the things I liked, only the bank on the second floor. The rest of the interior is very ordinary by current standards. We were given a breakfast menu at almost 12 o'clock in the afternoon. What if I don't want breakfast? They asked us to bring the main menu - well, actually, we have the main menu from 13 o'clock. Can't you do it now? - All right. They brought it with a dissatisfied look, as if they had done us a huge favor. And while we were getting acquainted with this main menu, the waiter was standing next to me, over my soul, with the same stone face. Poor service and tasteless food. The interior is normal. The unfriendly receptionist and waiter. All with walkie-talkies. I had to convince them that after 13:00 we can ask for the main menu, and not the breakfast menu, which is quite monotonous (waffles + eggs / bread, but yes, there are cheesecakes). After receiving the main menu, the waiter remained standing next to her and dictating orders into the walkie-talkie, apparently to be sure that the cook would cope with the dish or that all the ingredients were there. Very cute. Although orders are duplicated into the walkie-talkie, it doesn't get any faster, everything takes a very long time. Our departure was also accompanied by radio conversations, just great, the very delicacy. Let's play your "Andryukha, we have crime, on horseback" somewhere so that the guests of the institution do not see it.
So it would be fine for a long time and with walkie-talkies, if it was delicious. But in caesar, the breast was cold and dry. That is, they used a blank prepared earlier and stored in the refrigerator. You probably can't cut and fry a chicken in front of us, it's probably very difficult, and you probably have a lot of other more important things to do. What could be simpler than Caesar, but even that you can't cook. The price for this miracle is 3800 AMD as of April 2024.
And of course + 13% to the service bill. You are so slowly, little by little, add + 13%, then + 15%, then + 18%... You see, the cost will double soon. The review will be duplicated on other sites.
P.S. just don't write in the answer "Dear Eugene, we are very sorry" and other meaningless general phrases about what you "discuss as a team and become better." You indicated how "dear" I am to you when I was at your restaurant. A pleasant place, an interesting menu. The interior is very beautiful. There is a children's club downstairs, where you can leave your child (for a fee) and have a quiet meal.
Once they brought a cocktail in a glass with a chip, I told them about the problem - the glass was replaced. Ideally, check the dishes for integrity before serving them to the customer on the table.

I gave 2 stars only for the charisma of the chef who cooked pasta in a cheese head and a pie! These 2 dishes were really delicious, and I really liked them!

We ordered Rib Eye steak, as you know, Rib Eye steak should be marbled and juicy with a pronounced meat flavor. There was no meat taste, since the meat, if possible, was not pickled, although it felt exactly like that, it was certainly cooked in sauce. Emmy, well, write that it won't be a Rib Eye steak, not a sliced goulash.
Medium roast, it was the raw steak that was brought, the blood was not that oozing, it was just pouring.
They called the manager, he spread his hands, and simply wrapped the meat with him "with the words eat at home, we can't do anything now and return the money since the meat has already been bitten," that is, if the meat had not been touched, would they have fried it and brought it to others?
The money for this work of culinary arts was not returned.
Next, let's move on to the service itself, the dishes were not only cooked for a very long time, but also took a very long time to order, and as a result they brought the wrong soup, but since I wanted to eat, I still ate it.
About chicken soup, perhaps this is an author's presentation, I have nothing against a bunch of vegetables in the soup, even if it was called chicken, we will consider it vegetable. BUT the taste is soup from a bag of frozen vegetables.

This is not the first time we have visited this restaurant. We ordered their signature burger — it was incredibly delicious and juicy. The service, as always, is excellent, the food was brought very quickly. I really liked sitting on the balcony — it's incredibly cozy there. The children are delighted with the play area, they barely managed to get them out of there. I recommend everyone to try Angus burger, we will definitely come again!

Pasta carbonara is not worth the money, not to mention that it is not al dente, it was boiled. Friends didn't like their dishes either. We really wanted to get into this restick, we left sad. We thought maybe we were so unlucky (although there were few people in the hall), but judging by the reviews, not only us.
On the plus side: very nice waiters! I put not one star, but two for making a 10% discount (which zeroed out the service fee in fact) for, as we understood, incredibly slow service.
