Our logistics company has been using the NLS services for several months now, and unfortunately, the experience is extremely negative. In the old office, the Internet was intermittent once or twice a week, which was already causing inconvenience. However, after moving to a new office, the situation only worsened: the Internet goes out every 10-20 minutes, which is critical for our work. We bought a 30 Mbit tariff, but the pages hardly load. The quality of the connection is disgusting, and to be honest, we don't know what to do.
A separate disappointment is the work of the NLS staff. Instead of solving the problem, we are forced to overpay by offering various unnecessary services, such as dismantling and increasing speed, which increases the cost by 100-150 thousand per month. However, the root of the problem has not been eliminated, and the Internet continues to fail to cope with tasks for 20-25 people, although it should work without problems for such a large number of employees.
Employees of the company, in particular sales managers, seem to be interested only in selling more services, and not in solving the customer's problem. This is not only inconvenient, but also very annoying, because we waste time and money without receiving high-quality service. Terrible experience, we don't recommend it to anyone.

The horror! They demand to pay compensation (about 100,000 tons) upon termination of the contract, explaining this as a loss of profit.Be careful, the terms in the contract are just wild. Terminating the contract is very problematic.
