From December 16 to December 19, 2024, we stayed at this hotel. The quiet, cozy hotel is located close to the main attractions. The windows of our room on the 4th floor faced Primorsky Boulevard and the Ferris wheel. Friendly staff. It can be seen that the renovation was done recently. The breakfasts are excellent, you won 't stay hungry . Room cleaning is done every day, disposable shampoos, shower gels, cotton swabs, discs and even nail files were updated every day. Which is very nice, we asked for an additional set of towels, they were provided to us every day without any questions. The rooms have a kettle, bottled water, hairdryer, safe, slippers. There is a shop next door to the hotel, a restaurant across the street, a supermarket on the next street, and a metro station a little further away. In general, I can safely recommend this hotel.
I am writing a review, but we are still at the hotel, today is the last day, we checked in on September 2 to September 11, 2024. I always read reviews and am surprised. We are seasoned travelers and the main thing for us is what is available at the hotel and how to get to the center. There is a kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, tea, sugar, granulated sugar, water, all this is replenished every day. In the bathroom there is a shaving device, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer. Towels and everything else were changed every day.You can iron things, a board and irons in the hallway. We are smiling, friendly and treated the same way, and not only at the hotel. There is no beach in the city. We took a taxi to the city center for 4 manats, depending on where you are going. The old town is close, you can walk and see the sights along the way, and there are many of them. We fell under Formula 1. The central streets were blocked. The embankment is close. There are no complaints about the maintenance staff. Someone wrote that there are no supermarkets nearby, so they just didn't go outside. There are a lot of them. Even just behind the hotel, there is a parallel road. You can't write everything, you forgot to write something. If you want to know more, write to me and I will answer. Baku is a city with responsive residents, just ask and you will even be taken to that place. We are sad to part and leave. We also went on excursions and visited all the places of this magnificent city.
We stayed in a two-bed room from 10.10.2024 to 13.10.2024. The hotel definitely does not pull in 4 stars as stated. For double occupancy, we had two single beds connected to one, of the huge disadvantages is the terribly working wi-fi, it does not work at all, to our indignation about the Internet, the guy at the reception just shrugged, well, they say it will do. A room with a view from the window can be rented in kovychki, as we had a view of the construction site on the coast opposite the hotel. Breakfast was very poor. And as for cleaning, we had it for only one day, which left us without hygiene products the next day. On the plus side, the location of the hotel was convenient. The staff is polite, although they did not help with our questions
We travel a lot and this is the worst hotel we've been to!The
staff does not speak Russian, answers in broken English, the reception is very stuffy and smells of nasty shampoo!
we arrived together, we were put in two double rooms, for which we paid twice as much, although we lived in one, and when we tried to return one unnecessary room, we were refused and told that we needed a manager who had not appeared once in a week!!!
the room is bad, three tables and one chair in the room is for two, there is no watering can in the shower, only a rain shower that leaks and spreads throughout the bathroom.
breakfast and food are ordinary, normal, basic, but not super tasty, tea, rolls, sausages and eggs with potatoes.
the only thing I liked was the good location, close to shops, restaurants and the city center.
When booking, all wishes were taken into account. The view was of the embankment and the sights. The room had slippers, all the necessary towels, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, a set of paste brush, cotton swabs, discs and a nail file. The accommodation included breakfast, because the load was not large, breakfast was served not on the Swedish line, but individually brought to the table. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, the staff was polite.
The minus was in the bathroom, smeared sealant and a yellow toilet seat.
It doesn't really pull at 4*, but you can put a solid 3*.
In general, I am satisfied with the hotel.
We stayed at the hotel from 05/15/18/2024, the rooms are tired, they are poorly cleaned, there are many Hindus/ Pakistanis, Arabs among the guests who move into rooms next to each other, open the doors and loudly discuss with each other, being each in their own room; it is not pleasant, especially at night! Having breakfast in their company is still a pleasure! We were in a room with a sea view, it sounds great: seaview! but with a view of the sea, there is also a view of the construction site opposite, the embankment is being reconstructed! In short, along with "seaview" you will also have "stroykavyu", which no hotel aggregator informs you about! Breakfasts: basically everything is there and a crowd of Pakistanis! Rooms: everything is there: hair on the floor and a building door! Staff: they try, but slowly, repeating the request many times, three times, you will get what you want! There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, thank you, he's a good girl!
You can stay for 1 night, a room with shabby furniture. There are better options for tourism in terms of the location and atmosphere of the room, and cheaper. Polite staff. Breakfast is normal. The location is normal, during rush hour a taxi will take you from the center to three roads. Consider this. A beautiful view, it's not a view of the sea, but a view of houses. Also consider this. A double bed is two single beds made up, which caused inconvenience
We settled in the hotel for the time of Formula 1. Near the Park, a large shopping center with luxury brands. The area is quiet, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is divine - everything is very tasty and satisfying! The staff is just super! The service is on top. Cleaning every day. There are small flaws - the bathroom, there was a burnt pillowcase at the decorative pillow, but in general little things. The rooms are very spacious and generally comfortable, slept like a baby.
The photos do not match the quality of the rooms. The rooms are old and shabby. Old bedclothes in a spool. The breakfasts are strange, the choice is small. The coffee is disgusting. The shower is running in one stream, the faucet is leaking. There is a construction site nearby.
Worn furniture, torn duvet cover, sagging mattresses. Strong audibility between the numbers.
A specific breakfast, we could at least put a coffee machine, and not make a filter in a pot of instant coffee.
The hotel does not meet the four-star rating.
The location is good, the staff is friendly.
My daughter told me to put one star.
Dead laminate flooring , dead furniture . Laundry and dirty mats . I do not recommend it, unless of course you are a fan of all of the above.
I ordered a deluxe room. The laminate on the floor is shabby, the toilet lid is burnt yellow with something. The shower stall is leaking. Breakfast starts at 8-00 and not a minute earlier. The only plus is the view from the window to the sea, but it's a long way to go to the shore. You have to go around the construction site (the park is being built).
The staff is friendly, but the hotel is tired, the furniture in the rooms is tired and needs to be replaced, the floors are swollen, the shower smells like sewage, the rooms are not cleaned until you ask them to. We checked in before the conference, as the rest of the decent hotels were already occupied.
We booked a room with a double bed, and as a result we were given two shifted with a different mattress, the administrator said that he would solve this problem, but no action followed. It's cold in the room, it blows out of the window, the air conditioner does not work for heating. The blanket was the same small one, the towels were stained.Don't count on a flat floor and furniture either -everything is broken.Breakfast was included in the price, but there is nothing to eat there. For this price, you can find a better room in the center)I do not recommend it!
Good location, in the White City. It is not close to the old city and the historical part of Baku, but a taxi to get there costs only a couple of manats. Public transport is even cheaper.
Everything is fine, but there is one drawback when it is windy, the windows whistle.

In general, the hotel is normal for a business trip - but the administrator shares with the taxi driver, who is 3 times more expensive to try to sell the trip
The beautiful building is located on Nobel Avenue near the embankment, which is still under construction. The staff is attentive and polite, some employees understand and speak Russian. The location of the rooms is unusual. The rooms with high ceilings are quite spacious. The room has a floor-to-ceiling window, the view is awesome. The breakfasts are super, everyone will find something to their taste. A small minus for the bathroom. I especially liked the ventilation system and climate control. I definitely recommend the hotel.
Just a delightful hotel and staff, breakfasts are like whole lunches, everything is delicious, clean. Very friendly polite staff, I am delighted! Service for all 5 stars of Turkish.
he stayed there for a few days, and I want to say that it is very cool, very comfortable

Excellent rooms, spacious bathroom. There is not enough tea set in the room. The biggest disadvantage is one electronic key per number! The biggest plus is the staff!!! Friendly, positive, responsive! And absolutely everything!
