Everything seems to be good, but for the second time the girl in the essential oils department is rude and arrogantly responds. He just talks disgusting, answers questions with questions. Probably because he doesn't understand essential oils at all. Or she literally doesn't care about the guests.
The cafe itself is atmospheric and disposes. But it's as if it was made not for guests, but for some of its own people, just as pretentious and arrogant.

Let's get to the point. The establishment is positioned as a coffee shop. However, the coffee is as disgusting as possible. And no, I'm not quibbling. It was on the 20th of December. I ordered a Flat (although I understood that they cook in Brazil, which I don't like). A young guy was cooking. I was drinking in the establishment. The coffee is overheated (which significantly changes the texture and taste). Coffee is incredibly bitter (even by Brazilian standards). And it's not about coffee/chocolate/nutiness, but about bitterness. The feeling is like overcooked grain, while also being overexposed (as if doing lungo). As a result, the maximum disappointment. Over the past year, I have visited about 30 different coffee shops (those that are positioned one way or another), including chain ones. And it was the worst Flat I've ever tried anywhere.
The only thing that brightened up the presence was the atmosphere in the institution and the "trick" of the institution with candles, wish-making and all this mystical that attracts a female audience.
I do not recommend it to coffee lovers. Atmosphere lovers should visit.
