An interesting cafe with a somewhat outdated interior. It is located in a small park, where installations in the form of hearts are located. We stopped by with a local guide to drink tea with baklava. Since the guide spoke in Azerbaijani, they served quickly, politely, In principle they liked everything, but the cafe smells strongly of smoke, because many people smoke hookah there. There is a huge teapot near the cafe, near which everyone is taking pictures.

The place is quite calm and pleasant.
The service is good, but Baku has a strange policy, you can't just come and drink tea, you need to order something for it.
Therefore, I had to order jam, but it was amazing to have absolutely any jam, but there was no fig(.
As a non-smoker, I was uncomfortable because of the smell of smokiness of the establishment, whether they smoke hookah there, or cigarettes.

The food is not bad, but there is no service...just a bunch of waiters who go back and forth just like that or lie on sofas. In general, you can eat here, it's quite tasty, the prices are normal, but you will get all this if you wait for someone who will take the order🤣🤣🤣 I've been waiting for 10 minutes already, there is still no menu, I waited for 7 minutes for the first time, in an empty hall, now a dozen people will be typed🤣🤣🤣
