How is Rams?It is definitely difficult to answer.There are both pros and cons...this is most likely the norm for this kind of company.It seems that the location is good, and shops are nearby, a school is nearby, a transport interchange, but narrow arrivals, there is no normal parking.The old factory is nearby (it will most likely be broken down).The quality of the apartments is different, but that's it...the wall filling is good somewhere, but there are deviations up to 5-6cm.The elevators are not bad, but the tiles in the corridors are not very good.

In principle, it's fine, but the elevator is buggy, then there is no water. For some reason, there is a direct problem with water. And there is Parking and the location is convenient. There are plenty of playgrounds. Instead of a freight elevator, there is a passenger one, which is very inconvenient. The entire drywall does not fit into its guides.

Современный, удобный комплекс, из окна красивый вид на горы, с другой стороны окна выходять на заброшеный завод, что не очень. В дождь дорого между ЖК и парком превращается в озеро, стоки не справляются
