The location is good, the developer himself disappointed. The walls are solid and strong. Tested on an earthquake. But the actual performance is very far from the advertised one. Clearly the LCD is not a comfort class

Excellent LCD, children's Playground inside, 1000 little things store. I liked it, we will definitely stay only there.
