House N4 ( autumn) . The idea of the complex is good, but there are nuances- I hope this is only because the project is fresh and will get better over time. So : There are no paths , instead of them on slippery squelching stumps or on wet grass and clay . There is no parking - i.e. a clearing and muddy mud. The territory is practically not illuminated ( several small lanterns ) , so you have to walk with a lantern , as if you are not in a modern complex but in a remote village . The underfloor heating of the bathroom and toilet did not work , and in the absence of a heater it is always damp and cold , the floor is icy ( there is not even a rug ) . There are also no shelves of hooks in the bathroom, as well as door handles (the door closes with a sharp movement, having time to remove your hand so as not to get pinched)). There was a fire bowl on the 1st day, and on the second (when we planned to sit near it on the street) she was taken away ( just without warning). The payment for the bath is on the spot (I even double-checked the correspondence), but it turns out that on the spot it is only in cash (we did not have time to withdraw money during the time and had to cancel the booking of the bath). I take one star for the territory and the icy wet bathroom, and 2 for customer support. But very tasty herbal tea as a compliment, beautiful views and houses, and in general I would like to wish the project success. Would you come again? - perhaps, but definitely not in a small house and already with cash)) and rubber boots :)))

It's a damn paradise on earth!
I went several times, and here's a review:
A small house (2 people): in reality, it is smaller than it seems in the photo, but the storage system is made sooo competently, resulting in a feeling of comfort, not crowding, especially on the bed near the window. You can warm up in the sauna, although its limitations are obvious, nevertheless, a couple of people had enough for their eyes! The furniture is comfortable and thoughtful, there are more than enough dishes, the lighting is perfectly not overloaded, and the presence of a column completes this composition of comfort!
A special pleasure is campfire, sitting with tea in front of the fire is the wildest thrill!
Big house (4 people): well, of course it's a luxury. The space is very well made, a stunning full-length sofa, a cozy terrace, a cool mini-fireplace. In general, all the advantages of the previous house are moving here + more space (if it is uncomfortable in a small one, there will be no problem here). The four of us were great: there was a lot of space on the couch + a bedroom.
The territory is well made, log cabins are thought out, in order not to walk on wet grass, the houses are well thought out separated from each other by partitions, views of the forest, well-groomed lawn.
It is convenient to go to the water, they took saps and went crazy. And hammocks in the woods: an awesome way to relax and read a book in the woods.
Separate superplus: petfrendly, my dog is happy as an elephant)
Total: I like the place right insanely much, I strongly advise everyone, and I will be happy to come more than once)

I chose my spouse's place. A new location. It was the first time. The location is excellent, the only thing is that it is a country cooperative. We lived in house 5, but we hardly met any summer residents.We couldn't park for a long time, we didn't understand how and where))) In my opinion, the guys who own it are great. After settling in (the keys to the house are next to the door in a small safe), Ivan came up, like an administrator - he told us everything clearly where we were and what laws there were. Where is the forest where is the beach and brought tar to the brazier. The 5th house is very interesting! The pros are very unusual. Spouse and child are delighted!!!)))) My negative 30% of our family: 1. Why is there an air conditioner in the bedroom? He should be in the living room. It was hot and we couldn't use it. A small child. 2. The walls of 12 cm plywood are cool, of course, but there is no sound insulation. After all, 2 young families can come)))) I think it's better to have two 10 mm plywood and cotton wool. Although I can be wrong about the 12cm plywood. The badge and the most important thing in the 5th house. Guys, I'm sorry, but your smart door to the terrace is a good thing. Your spouse couldn't open your smart rolling mechanism, it's too heavy even for a man, and it's very loud at night and in the morning for smokers. Put the electric drive on. And the last thing. Awesome designer chairs on the terrace - for insta- 10 out of 10 but only for photos, Have you sat in them yourself? And especially take a cup of coffee in one hand and sit down))) because of the chamfered bar and protruding pins of 5 cm in 4 places, both my wife and I had a lot of scratches on our legs, but the most insulting thing was when a 6-year-old child scratched, and I ran for a first-aid kit in the car after the rain and then we washed the floor in the living room with napkins. You have a red loam, no tracks)))) Do I advise anyone to go there, yes I do. The guys are just getting started. Will I go there again? Yes. We will definitely go. The idea is interesting. Everything is in the process of construction, but what is already standing looks good. It is not very convenient to get there by the primer and the suburban sector. Inside, everything is simple, but at the same time tasteful. There is everything you need for living, there is a barbecue on the street, there are coals and a grill. Dishes and linen for 4 people. On the downside, this is the presence of a mosquito net on just one small window. There were a lot of mosquitoes and gadflies in the house, they tried to kill half the night. On the terrace in the evening, they sprinkle at once, and even the mosquito spiral that is in the house does not help much. In general, the house itself is not bad, but the place is so-so.

Three times we booked a house, two times we were rescheduled due to internal problems: either the dates were duplicated, or they forgot to book. We got there the third time and 2 months later than planned.
the end of March 2024.
Territory: there is mud all around, you jump on the stumps so as not to fall over. There is nothing to see on the territory. The complex stands among ancient trees, a small area of forest, vegetable gardens and a ditch, the nearest village house is 30 meters from the complex. The complex is provided with electricity from an industrial generator, which can be heard day and night. And we were lucky enough to wake up at 7 a.m., not because we like to get up early, but because at 3 a.m. the generator ran out of fuel and it just stopped working and by 7 a.m. we were frozen) we waited until almost 10.00 until it was refueled. We decided that it would be more pleasant to have breakfast at the gas station.

They are greeted with tea, bowls and a teapot with a torn sieve)
A non-working shower, a non-working lighting panel, a sauna in which there are not enough stones and water needs to be poured on heating elements, a non-working closet, the smell of glue in the area with a shower and sauna. House thermos - there is constantly not enough air.
Lake. They told me something about the beach, who was at the village planting site, he understands can imagine this beach)
The lake is surrounded by cottage buildings and the city of Braslav, you admire only high-rise buildings and cottages.
The worst place we've been so far)

We rested a week ago in house 4. The location is beautiful, "instagrammed", the houses are neat outside, stand on the edge of the forest, illuminated at night with lanterns and garlands, everything looks quite cozy. Booking a house with a 100% prepayment, which is not refundable in case of cancellation - the conditions are not the most humane, but we knew for sure that we would arrive here, and therefore agreed with them. In the insta photos, it seems that the houses are located in seclusion among the forest, but upon arrival we were a little surprised to see that all this is in the middle of a summer cottage, and the neighboring cottages are very close to the territory with the houses, that is, there will be no expected privacy here. It is quite cozy inside the house, there is an air conditioner that does not blow directly on the bed, which is very good. The bed is opposite the panoramic window, from which you could see a large house, like a sauna (and there was not enough privacy here, I would like to see only the forest and nothing more, but people didn't really roam there, it was weekdays, so we didn't use the curtain). The windowsill adjacent to the bed was covered in dust, and you were lying there with your face, I had to wipe it all with a napkin, which became literally black with dirt. The mattress was bad, you feel it, and besides, you fall into its springs. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom, there was just not enough, there was nowhere to hang towels and things. The floor was warm, and the puddles flowing out of the shower dried out quickly enough. There was shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner, and there were no slippers and bathrobes. The bathroom door was obviously not from here, and there was also no handle inside, it was inconvenient to close it from the inside. And there was a good gap along the door into the room, so that you could see everything that was happening on the toilet or in the room. The house was cozy, there was a night light, but I would also like to have some kind of sconce on the wall, because the night light is quite dark, and only the upper bright light is an alternative to it. There was only one shelf in the closet, there was nowhere to put things, and I had to unload almost all my stuff on chairs and a table, and after that there was absolutely no place left to properly sit at the table for a meal, I sat on the bed with plates in my hands. And in general, there is nowhere for two slender people to turn around in the house, it is very cramped. The table on the terrace was also very tiny and low, and it was not possible to sit comfortably with a barbecue and drinks. There is a kettle for cooking (the tea was presented very tasty, just wow), dishes and a stove, but there were not enough utensils: one very tiny saucepan, one small frying pan without a lid, one cutting board, one salad bowl. I had to work hard to cook dinner with such a minimum of dishes. There is no microwave, in the morning it was necessary to heat breakfast on the stove. The furniture looked cheap, to be honest, doors and cabinets were difficult to open, and a shelf with appliances was pushed out with effort. Somewhere the renovation was just a mess, although the house seems to be new and should be beautiful. The light in the bathroom flickered, there were voltage fluctuations, my dyson turned off twice, I didn't risk it anymore. It is difficult to regulate the water, from boiling water to ice water there was only one degree of rotation of the mixer handle. Braslav is not far away, we already had our second dinner in the city in a good restaurant, it was a salvation. In general, I liked the rest here more than not, but there are critical points that need to be improved, and the high price at the moment has been formed so far more for the picture, not the content

We have long wanted to visit this place and for good reason. I liked everything! We easily found the location, the manager was in touch, sent all the information in advance, up to the recommendations of cafes and shops nearby. We were in house 1 and it's just a delight. Everything is as we like it - minimalistic, stylish, with everything you need. There is everything for barbecue, relaxing in the sauna and a romantic evening together. Wonderful windows and a view from the window. We are already thinking about when to come back to you again 😍

It was the first time and the last time.
According to the photo, it seemed to us that the location was simply amazing, but it turned out to be completely uninteresting. We went to the forest to the lake in solitude, and arrived at a garden association, on the edge of which there are 8 closely standing houses.
!There is no question of privacy. Since the houses have large windows, and the houses are located close to each other, just forget about privacy...
the forest is nearby, but what good is it - I can find the forest anyway, I don't need to travel so long for it. To get to the lake, or rather to a small pier (which would be nice to fix), you still need to walk decently through the forest.
The furniture in the house itself was very unpleasantly surprised - of course, I understand that the house was made for rent, but it's how you should not like your guests to offer them such high-quality furniture. The furniture is made of the cheapest material.The kitchen already looks just deplorable, the doors do not open well, the sliding cabinets do not roll well - they saved on accessories. The cabinets are stained and they have obviously already been repainted to hide traces of dirt. The toilet has the cheapest plumbing that works every other time.
The steam room and bathroom are beautiful only in the photo, but in reality it is terribly inconvenient. Going into the steam room through the shower room is still necessary to get the hang of it and shove yourself in there. How could such a thing be designed?What kind of amateur is this? And this is not to mention the fact that going to the toilet with a heated steam room is still a pleasure.
The landscape! This is generally a tin. You present that you like naturalness and it will soon overgrow everything and be cool- don't lie-it won't be. You have clay all around, there will be eternal slush without good intervention. And yes!You need to invest a lot of money in the landscape...And why? it is better to buy a couple more houses and offer them to Belarusians, who already grab everything and will jump to your houses on sawn mugs))
Result. Disappointment.
They presented these houses as a cool aesthetic place, but it turned out to be a deception. I don't want to go to you a second time.
It's just some kind of defocusing- beautiful design and such a poor and cheap quality of everything. You are working on a beautiful picture. It's a pity. It was a great idea.

Positive:
- Design of houses. Both inside and out.
- A beautiful lake is very close.
- It is possible with a dog (for an additional fee)
- A good column (but there was no memory for it)
Minuses:
- Most of the territory is a construction site.
- Sand is almost everywhere instead of lawns.
(It is clear that the project is new, but I think it is worth warning guests about such nuances. In the profile of the location, all this is masked by shooting angles. I go to places like this for the sake of aesthetics, but here, as soon as you leave the house, the whole atmosphere collapses.)
- There was very little firewood for the barbecue and they were damp.
- The door to the bathroom was broken, it was impossible to enter there without waking everyone who sleeps in the house.
- We couldn't turn on the lights next to the house, which appear in many pictures in the location profile. When we wrote to the administrator of the location and asked them to turn them on, we were answered: "So it was in winter that they burned, not now. Well, we'll turn it on tomorrow."
- The fireplace in house No. 6 was apparently out of order, no matter how we tried, we could not light it. Again, maybe raw firewood.
I am disappointed with this place.

Lack of customer orientation.
Recently, we decided to relax in this place and paid for the house. A few days later, the money was returned to us with a request to pay to another bank account, because their legal entity had changed. We agreed, but remembered that we have a 10% discount on their rent, but they refused to apply it for a repeat payment. As I believe, the fact of a refund is the cancellation of the initial transaction, and I, as a client, have the right to receive it upon repeated payment to another account. As a result, I still did not understand what the problem was to make a new reservation with a new amount.

A great place to stay for a couple of days.
We got there on foot, the place is located so that you can easily get to it from Braslav on foot in 30 minutes along the lake.
The houses themselves (we were at 3) are very comfortable, comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, you can safely go without taking anything with you at all)
Special thanks for the sauna, it is very convenient.
A few minutes from the territory there is a convenient access to the lake, which is also a plus)
We will definitely come back here, and more than once!

For your money (420r for a house for 4 people) It's not worth it.
We were in house number 5.
The houses do not have high-quality furniture and appliances - what looks attractive in the photos is difficult to use in reality.
For example, the panoramic door to the terrace is made of low-quality materials - no girl can open and close it, only a strong guy. It was uncomfortable to use, everyone had to run through the main entrance, skirting the house around.
Many materials have failed, such as the flush button in the toilet, loose tiles, the lock in the toilet and bathtub did not work, as the plywood doors sagged. The plywood in the finish is already dirty and worn in places.
There is also no proper parking, there was a compost pit behind the parking lot and it stank. The beach is not equipped.
After our arrival, no one asked about our review, so we decided to leave it here.
Among the advantages - before settling in, they sent a good guide to Braslav and contactless entry, and, of course, visually beautiful Instagram houses. There was also a fireplace, barbecue, grill and charcoal.

- it's terribly cold in the house, the floor is icy, they couldn't solve the problem (by the way, no one even came, everything is clean correspondence, turn it on, turn it on, in fact there was no underfloor heating in the house), they said turn on the sauna, as a result, oxygen became so little that the head ached, on the window and door there is terrible ice inside the house (to which the other guests replied to blame)
- it is impossible to cook a barbecue in the dark, nothing is visible
- there is no ordinary light in the house. a gloomy light
line of pink, blue, etc. colors, just not the usual one
- the sauna warmed up in 3 hours only to 40 degrees
- the furniture is already worn out, although the complex is quite new
- there are no handles to the toilet at the door
- there is no parking
- there are no tracks, but no one even considered it necessary to at least clear the snow

The house is really only for Instagram. Of the advantages, only a barbecue and chairs and then, there is no canopy if you want to sit outside during the day.
Of the disadvantages, the house is very small, it is not possible to sleep in it, you just suffocate, there is no ventilation at all. If you open the window at night, it blows very cold air. You don't get enough sleep at all and feel overwhelmed.
The furniture is already all shabby, the countertop is generally so sticky that nothing could wipe it off.
For such a price, it's a complete disappointment.

Of the cons: sooooo small room, as if specially photographed so that it was not visible that there is no place for passage near the bed, you can only sit at the table from the bed; the sauna is combined with the toilet, when the sauna is running, it is very hot to go to the toilet, moreover, all washing products are heated, it can it can be harmful to use later; there is no means for lighting coals, no poker, no fan - it all made it difficult to cook kebabs; there is no air conditioning, it was very hot to sleep, the houses are painted black, the curtains are black - to make it even hotter; the Internet is very slow, then why write about its presence at all; the lighting is only acidic, there is no usual white/ yellow light, I had to plug the lamp into an outlet and put it somewhere, let me remind you that there is little space here; the outlet is only on one side of the bed; houses are close to each other, everyone is looking at each other, there is no sense of peace that you are going for; we were in the house next to which another house was being built, they managed to at least look at the trees; there was a moment when they started sawing trees, it was very loud, you don't expect this when leaving for nature, especially for such a price
Another house has a swimming pool and it is drawn on the diagram on their website, but in fact it is without water) a bath and a font are also drawn on the diagram, but they are under construction, then why put it on the website
We booked for a daily basis.<url>, so they generally had a different location there, the real location is sent a day before arrival, when the cancellation is already paid; it was written that they are on the shore of the lake, but we still have to go to the lake, I then booked a "house by the lake", and received a house in a regular SNT at the construction stage for a lot of money
I do not recommend it, you ruined your vacation

It was in September. It is stuffy in the house during the day, and at night it is so cold from the panoramic windows (it was 13 degrees at night) that it is not possible to sleep. If you turn on the heaters, the cold from the windows does not disappear anywhere, and there is nothing to breathe. At night, when leaving the house, it is easy to fall off the podium (which I did, miraculously falling with my hip on the corner of the pool, and not with my head), because the light from the decorative pool blinds my eyes (see photo). The houses are located in a garden association, respectively, there is constant noise from lawn mowers and chainsaws nearby. The houses are located close to each other. The exit to the lake is far away and not equipped. There are a lot of places in Braslav where for this money you will have a view of the lake from the balcony, which is larger in area than the houses in Nomad Houses. The coolest thing about nomad houses is their Instagram.

I really wanted to visit the local bathhouse, as, in fact, my friends. As a result, we were impressed. The sauna creates a feeling as if you are in a micro spa. In addition, he really liked the idea of a glass shower ceiling, the view of the sky is quite nice and it feels like you're standing under a tropical rain.

She had heard a lot and became, so to speak, a "victim of marketing". WHEN YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF THE PLACE DIDN'T COME TRUE!((( a bunch of gadflies, NO AIR CONDITIONER! How can you not think of an air conditioner in such a house when there is very little space on 28 street (it is clear that you do not expect much). But there are literally two shelves for things. we arrived when it must have rained and mud was all around, all the sneakers were in the mud.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
And there is also a pie on the shelf - a masking net with a HOLE into which gadflies fly. They didn't even stay the night. Just trash))))
There are a lot more cool options for the same money. We go to the same houses with my husband all over Belarus and there are many times cooler options and convenient and comfortable!
The house may be stylish from the outside, but everything else is a complete wild DISAPPOINTMENT

We really wanted to visit this place, but we were a little confused by the reviews about the construction site in the village. During our recent visit, no work was carried out on or near the glamping site. We had a great time, took a break from work and routine. Thanks to the staff for their help
