Convenient location, good and helpful staff, but the hotel needs renovation. The TVs are old and the TV signal quality is weak, there is WiFi, but the speed is weak. There is a summer house, prices are affordable, parking is small.

Hello everyone!
In the summer of 2023, 5 cars traveled by caravan to Central Asia, all children are small 3-4-5, stayed at this hotel, liked everything, maybe because there was nothing but luxury rooms, nevertheless, we liked the food and comfort!
The only disadvantage is that they did not accept rubles, and when asked to leave a deposit until the morning in rubles, and in the morning to change them in tenge and pay off, they did not go to the meeting, they had to change the bucks at the rate that was beneficial to the administration, they seemed to get out of the situation!
Still, I would like the service to be, not in politics!

I stayed at this hotel for work. Previously I stayed at another hotel, but there were no places there. The room is large, warm, bright.
All the furniture is battered, there is no proper care and there was no. Wi-Fi and TV with tuner did not work. The smell of sewage from the bathroom is terrible. The shower stall is terrible, with rust and yellow mold. From the set in the bathroom, only liquid soap, shampoo and dry small hand soap. There is no dental kit, no comb. We need to keep this in mind . Fortunately, the bed and towels were clean, there was a smell of air conditioner for linen 👍🏻 only for this 3*
Breakfast is about nothing, if you come down late for breakfast, you can sit down at a dirty table. No one cleans the tables after the guests here. At least in the morning.

Топчик за свои деньги. Комыортные и чистые номера, кухня очень даже понравилась. Есть конечно свои тонкости но это мелочи. Персонал решал любые вопросы. Так что огонь!

Отвратительная гостиница. Грязно. Постель серая, полотенца вообще брезговала брать. Душевая кабинка ужас просто…. Нет ни чайника, ни воды не дали. Никогда больше там не остановлюсь.

Грязные старые номера. Заломили 20к из-за ажиотажа. Карты не принимают.
Полотенца грязные, то ли в помаде, то ли в крови, дверь сломана и сделана кое как, стулья протёртые, ни одна лапочка у кровати не горит, весь пол в волосах. В ванной старая душевая кабина, вся промазана силиконом и оттуда жутко воняет. Горячая вода еле течет.
Кровать нормальная, поспать можно.

Номера просторные и светлые, но ванная комната как из 90-х, убирают плохо, воды в номере нет, соотношение цены и качества не соответствует отеля

Кондиционер не работает, лежали в жару 50 градусов без кондиционера, обещали починить но так и ничего не сделали. Еле выпросили вентилятор в комнату и то не всем досталось.
