Nomadkar changan is the best dealership in Almaty. The service is top class. I dealt with the manager Adilet Adilbekov, a very interesting interlocutor has knowledge of cars better than anyone. I bought the car of my dreams here and am very happy. The Nomadkar team has success in their work . The PSC employee was also polite and helped with registration, thanks to him too.
