A wonderful place with wonderful memories!!!! We were in the middle of June, lived for 4 days!!! The hotel is located in the very heart of Istanbul! You can't think of a better location! Everything is nearby, the port is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. The staff is wonderful! Special thanks to the administrator Oscar! I helped with the excursions, I brought everything we requested in 5 minutes! And there's an incredible outdoor terrace on the top floor! It opens up a view that no words can convey in the morning.Breakfast is taking place there! So if I come to Istanbul, I will choose this hotel again.
My review will be for the Nomade old Sity Hotel in Istanbul. There are not many reviews on the Internet for this hotel, but I really liked the location of this hotel in Sultanahmet district. I want to point out right away that if you like a relaxing holiday, then you need to choose another area. Because there are many cafes in Sultanahmet and sometimes music plays until two in the morning. The area itself is very crowded. I like. The hotel itself is very close to the tram stop. I arrived late in the evening and was very worried that there would be no seats, as I had not booked in advance. Fortunately, I came across a wonderful Utku administrator (I hope I understood this name correctly, not the last name). He took his time, made coffee, waited while I decided how many days I would check in. Then I calmly settled in, helped to lift the suitcase, that is, it was as if I had come to old acquaintances. The room itself is small, however, as in most of Turkey. The Wi-fi worked great. Everything matched and was as in the photo of the hotel. It was still cool when I arrived, but the batteries were warming up very well. I also turned on the air conditioner, sometimes it was hot and I ventilated. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle. The cleaner constantly replenishes 1 liter of water, coffee, tea, toilet paper, gels, shampoos, shower caps, a mini shoe sponge. I asked the cleaner to bring an iron, she brought it for the entire period of my stay. The cleaner cleans very well, if I sometimes told her not to clean, she asked what was needed. The staff is Turkish, but very customer-oriented. There were no problems in communication, I communicated either in English or through a translator. The breakfast at the hotel is good. You won't stay hungry for sure, the main thing is to come early. There is also a terrace with stunning views of Hagia Sophia. Upon eviction, the same receptionist helped to call a local taxi, at a very good price. I am grateful to all the hotel staff for their hospitality. I recommend you to visit
It's a mystery to me how this hotel got such a high rating. Its only advantages are the location, a good bed and daily cleaning.
If you are lucky, you will live in a corner room where there is at least a little space and a beautiful view. We were unlucky. The view from the window brings back memories of a dreary Russian province. The room is so small that only one bedside table fit into it, but apparently to compensate for the benefits, the light bulb in the lamp on this side was unscrewed. Black mold in the washbasin, an empty place from the hook, a non-working lamp by the mirror and a toilet lid that always falls on your back will make your hygiene procedures quick. The elevator does not work periodically, and climbing a narrow spiral staircase with a suitcase is unlikely to be a pleasure.
Breakfast on an open highway in good weather puts up with reality a little. It consists of something made of eggs, oiled pancakes, cheese, olives, sweets, bad coffee and tea.
A cozy hotel in the very center of Istanbul. The main attractions are nearby. The tram stop is also nearby. Breakfast on the roof is very romantic and delicious.

At first I was worried that I would arrive, but my reservation would not be available, since I booked through this service for the first time, Yandex did not disappoint!
The hotel is located in a historical place, near the T1 Sultanahmet tram stop.
My room was 102, this is already the second floor. The room itself is nice, everything is clean, there are slippers and bath accessories, a kettle, a mini fridge, a couple of bottles of water, tea, coffee.
As for the view from the room, it is not on the next roof.
Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. Not bad, with a good view, BUT I wish it had started earlier.
Cons: cafes are located nearby, music played for a very long time, even closed windows did not help, doors could be heard slamming, conversations in the corridor.
The location of the hotel is ideal-and the sights are just around the corner, and a cafe for every taste and budget nearby, and a tram across the street. The rooms are small and cannot boast a dizzying view, but everything is clean and tidy. For the view, you can go up to the 5th floor to the dining area - the view is good from the terrace. The service is good, the staff is very friendly, helpful, hospitable. For a hotel where you only come to rest, sleep and have breakfast, everything is fine!
A cozy hotel located a stone's throw from the Sophia Temple and other attractions of this part of Istanbul. The staff speaks English, but partially understands Russian. The staff is very polite. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The organized transfer was convenient.
The hotel is compact but comfortable, the interior is well decorated, there is an elevator (cramped though). Breakfast is modest, but with an abundance of street food, it's not so much a fat minus. The rooms are cozy, I liked the interior. 4 stars out of five for a broken shower.
