Excellent SPA HOTEL, cozy clean rooms, friendly staff. The elegant location of the hotel in a pine forest on the seashore. The hotel has many different steam rooms and pools, and there is a water park. There is a complex of SPA treatments. There is a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel. The food is also delicious.

Hello. My comment is only about the SPA. The baths are cold, the floor is slippery. Of the baths, only two can be distinguished, supposedly hot, and even icy, and the rest are nothing, just nothing. For statistics, there are such things. It's a pity that such a large SPA area, but they can't do anything to make the baths fit their purpose. Previously, we only went here, but now we don't set foot!!! If you can't do anything yourself, then at least look at how the baths in Meresuu work!!!Why is there no analysis of the number of visits and the reasons for the absence of visitors? You're just losing your customers and revenue. So much money to pour into a hotel and everything goes down the drain!!!

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent sound insulation. The sea view was especially pleasing! The rooms have everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, snow-white linen. A kettle and a set of teas came in handy after walking along the autumn beach. The convenient location of the hotel. There is a free bus service from Narva. The breakfast is varied and hearty, for every taste, there is something to choose from. In the evening, you can sit in the bar with live music, even danced) We went with a group of friends, asked if possible to provide rooms nearby. We've done everything! For that, special thanks for the attentiveness to visitors! At the reception, a very hospitable young man, Nikolai, told everything in detail and was very nice) The girls at the reception at the spa are funny and positive! Good mood from everything! Minor flaws - there are few elevators in a fairly large hotel. We were standing in line all the time to get up and down. The refrigerator in the room had an unpleasant smell and did not cool anything at all (In the bar, drinks on the menu stated as 0.33 were brought in 0.25 glasses, after the question "why?" They brought everyone a second helping. Separately about the spa! I would like more lighting. In the rainy autumn season, it's sad to rest in the dark. In saunas in the dark, people try to sit on those who are already sitting. There is no one in the spa at all to keep order. A huge number of children of all ages. Of course, it's good that there is an opportunity to relax with children, but the rest of the visitors are not always comfortable when all the time one of the kids jumps from the sides on your head, pushes in the pool and dives on top of you in the Jacuzzi, running back and forth through the saunas, opening the doors once again, releasing the already not particularly hot heat. It felt like we were in a children's camp... There is a children's area, but for some reason children do not use it much. It was a little uncomfortable. And so everything is wonderful!

We stayed at the hotel for one night - from November 17th, Sunday. Quick check-in. Friendly staff. Cleanliness in the entire hotel and room. The room is comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Large balcony. An excellent bathing and water complex, but in the evening it is very, very crowded. Children frolic with adults, jump and dive from the sides, which is not safe. There is a paddling pool for children, but parents prefer to take their children to the adult area and absolutely do not follow them. Apparently, on weekends and in the evening, the Spa is designed for guests with children. It is better to rest in Ust-Narva in the summer. It's not the season. There is nowhere to walk. It gets dark early, the bay is dark, and there is no footpath along the main street.

The place is an opening for me! Quiet, clean, the kitchen in the hotel is first-class, the rooms are at the highest level. The spa is decent, the scenery is peaceful. Very nice spa hotel. It is located on the shore of the bay. Excellent spa complex. Lots of baths, various baths, an excellent sports pool, there is a separate area for kids. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is delicious. However, this year the pool was not so clean. The only thing that causes confusion is the designation of the floors in the elevator - they are not visible even with 100 percent vision, you have to strain. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly.

This is not the first time I have been relaxing at Noorus SPA. The hotel is nice, very cozy. The rooms have everything, even a kettle and an iron. I really like it!!!
A small minus is that the floor numbers are so poorly visible in elevators that you have to sit down to click on the right one. And I have good eyesight. And secondly, the water in the central pool is not very comfortable (cold). This was noted by many visitors. After all, this is a spa and I would like it to be warmer.

We were with my husband for the first time in this hotel. And I want to write words of gratitude to all the staff! Everything was very wonderful.
We had a Junior Suite booked with a spa package for two. We arrived an hour earlier, but we were checked in. And later it turned out to be in the Suite (above the category), they brought champagne with fruit.The room is gorgeous, the service is too, spa treatments and food. 10 out of 10.
On the last day, due to the emergency in the country due to the coronavirus, all water procedures were canceled, but this is a necessary measure.

We visited the spa hotel for a couple of days, walked along the coast, liked the spa complex, came in the middle of the week and there were few visitors during the day. In the evening, a rich buffet was waiting for us in the restaurant, and in the morning a delicious and hearty breakfast. Friendly and courteous staff. On the day of departure, we enjoyed spa treatments until 15 o'clock, came out like new pennies, the children even noticed it in the photos we sent. A pleasant stay in a pleasant place.

I like to come here on vacation with my family.As soon as this hotel was built, we are staying in it.It's gotten worse lately. Breakfasts are less varied, there are few fruits, smoothies and cocktails have disappeared.In the room we lived in Junior Suite, there was a very uncomfortable sofa, it was bad to sleep on it.There were also uncomfortable, very hard pillows, they still smelled bad. There is complete anarchy in the water complex, it is very unpleasant when men go to the women's half in the locker room, no one looks after the children either, they jump off the sides, almost on their heads, sometimes drunk adults frolic.The staff was friendly.Very beautiful nature and clean air.

Everything is common to please you know who. Don 't relax . There is no footpath along the highway. And in general, there is nowhere to walk if you do not have hiking shoes. The furniture is badly stripped. You can live, but not to the face of such a popular institution.

We were only in the spa complex. The hotel is only 5 years old. Everything is still quite new and clean. The staff is very friendly. We got there on Friday evening and were very lucky that there were few people, according to the staff, there are usually a lot from Fri to Sun. One bathhouse (the hottest) was under renovation. Everything else worked. There is a swimming pool in the metro, there is a children's pool in a separate hall, a strange pool with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi in it.
All around, there is a fountain, a waterfall and a pool with hot water 40' and cold outside. Several baths.
The dressing room is shared with the changing room. There are a lot of showers.

No matter how corny it sounds, I had a dream to order breakfast in the room and my man prepared this surprise for me on March 8. But the hotel staff forgot about our order. We ran, having almost overslept the main breakfast, ran to the reception. As a result, breakfast was brought to our room, naturally an hour late. Somehow it wasn't compensated for. We lost an hour of time and the morning was ruined. I will add that this is a paid service. That is, we bought a disorder for ourselves with our own money.
