good afternoon. the hotel is located next to a square with fountains and you can spend the evening walking around the center. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a smile and will be helped to lift your suitcases, in the morning you can try delicious snacks in the cafe and drink wonderful coffee. Any request finds an immediate response from the staff. My family and I have been there for the second time and we will continue to look for rooms ONLY there, at the Nor Yerevan Hotel. I recommended it to all my colleagues and friends, and I was always thanked for the recommendation.

We lived in this hotel in November 2018, generally not bad, but there are a lot of little things that neither the staff nor the hotel managers pay attention to, we constantly had to ask for something. The breakfasts are of the same type (sausages are not the best, boiled egg, cheese, butter, sour cream, buckwheat), you can order pasta, but again you need to ask for it. The hotel is clean, the interiors are modest, the staff is responsive if you ask. I would like to wish that you would pay more attention every day to the little things that make up the impression of the hotel! To managers and those at the reception: do not sit on the sofas in the lobby, go into the rooms after cleaning and check if all the towels have been hung, if all the soap and shower facilities have been installed, if the ashtrays on the balconies have been changed, if they have been vacuumed well and so on ..... and then you will achieve success!

The hotel is located near the city center, very clean and cozy, the staff is very attentive.
