While I was waiting, I described to the master the problem that after the painting shop, the glass sides were dirty and could not be washed with chemicals. They gave me chemistry, a tool for free and told me how to make the glasses almost new, which I used while waiting in line)) As a result, I left them with all the windows in perfect condition, I recommend it!!!

2. They refused to replace them, their management advised them to contact all authorities, as they put it. After my appeal to the tax service, they were issued a protocol, they did not issue a cash receipt specifically, under various pretexts, it turns out that you could not make a claim to them for a guarantee. If they talk tomorrow or later, keep in mind, you won't get it. Although a warranty card will be issued on hand, without a cash receipt, it is not valid.
