We bought a sofa in Nord Star on Matusevich. Friendly consultant Natalia answered all the questions very competently and clearly, demonstrated the models. A few days after the order, the sofa was delivered by two cheerful young men. Cheerfully, with jokes, they took out the old furniture, put together a new one. Everything is very fast and neat. The garbage was taken out, left clean and beautiful.

I don't understand why employees write reviews for themselves? Maybe you can add real reviews, how do you mow at the seams of the sofa and how do you not even have both parts of the corner sofa converge when laying out? Please tell us how you lie about your discounts (despite the fact that the person already knew the cost of the sofa that you calculated a week ago) and how sharply it rose in price by exactly the amount of the discount? Aren't you ashamed??? Why claim that you are responsible for every line if you can't even make it even?? Collect on every corner around the perimeter! Also, the sofa was delivered on time, everything was collected, the garbage was removed. At the end, it turned out that the pillows were not filled enough, as stipulated when ordering. They took it away without any problems, and the next day they brought it ready and stuffed.
The service is excellent. The deadlines have passed, and not all companies can boast of this.
The sofa is comfortable, my hopes were justified. However, the upholstery of CRUSH (VELOUR) turned out to be slippery when using the sofa as a sleeping place. The sheet slides like on a skating rink😂 Pay attention to this when choosing upholstery.

I found these sofas by chance on social networks and went to see "live". The consultant girls charmed me, answered all my annoying questions, explained everything as if they had chosen a sofa for themselves, and among all the variety, an excellent solution came by itself. And yes, they have a lot of fabrics for any whim like me))).

We bought a Vernamo sofa bed. We arrived in search of a suitable model at the Domashny Hearth shopping center. After walking around the mall, we reached Nordstar. A nice girl told us all about the sofa that attracted our attention, showed us the mechanisms. I ordered an Etran corner sofa and a Lime armchair from Nordstar! I found them all on Instagram! :) They're awesome! Materials used: wood, in our version, the fabric is antique - it turned out to be very healthy in the product. The color is super! The sofa was ready in 8 days, because I went on vacation for a long time. Special thanks to the assembly masters, Vitaly and Imran (I hope I remembered the name correctly).They waited for me stoically for 30 minutes while I was driving home from work.They collected it in 15 minutes and not even a speck of dust remained. And if someone is stopped by the price, then "we are not rich enough to buy cheap things," because the emotions of buying, operating and practically the main thing in the interior are not material.The disadvantage in this story is that the area does not allow you to purchase more Nord Star products. We want to share with everyone: for the second time in our family life, we bought ourselves a sofa. Therefore, they approached the issue with full attention. Let's make a reservation right away that the first sofa cost us 1200 euros (not the nordstar sofa). We say this so that you understand that the first purchase of a sofa was conscious, did not skimp on the price, hoping for quality (it was 8 years ago). The sofa still serves us, although we have questions about the quality of the upholstery and the frame of the sofa. When we visited the Nordstar store in search of a sofa, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the frame, finishing materials and the work of the seamstress. We did not see any bent seams, protruding threads and a flimsy bottom of the dials on any of the exhibition copies. We would like to pay special attention to the work of the store's consultants. The girls first of all agreed with the possibility to apply an adjustment to the existing sofa model. This is a big plus, as we have made adjustments to the sofa: increased the depth of the seat by 10cm, the length of the product by 10cm and the height of the pillows by 10cm (Tokka model, straight) believe me, if you order this model, it has become more convenient. Also, the consulting girls willingly helped us, were kind and even gave us fabric samples to look at the color of the future upholstery in our interior. And we were also pleased with the production time, although we have been waiting for the fabric for a long time! In general, we would like to advise everyone who mastered this longrid, the Nordstar company - you will not regret it, and the Nordstar company to increase sales volumes in order to be more affordable in the price category!
