The hotel is very conveniently located, opposite the Viru Hotel. There are several shopping centers nearby, and the old town is a 2-3-minute walk away. Good breakfasts. The disadvantages would be that this is a hotel with "sealed" windows, you can't open the window - breathe air conditioning. So I do not recommend it to people with sensitive skin and mucous membranes.
We were on New Year's Eve. The price and service do not match. There are no bathrobes in the room. Dust. They asked to change the number, and they responded immediately. The rooms are small, and other hotels of the same level are much better.
An excellent hotel, we stayed for three days on New Year's Eve. The staff was very pleasant, we communicated mainly in Russian, occasionally in English. The interior design is very pleasant - very elegant, but at the same time it is lovely. The rooms have everything you need, even an iron and a kettle, everything is very clean. We were very satisfied with the SPA center, according to the photos we expected a very tiny one, but it turned out to be enough. Despite the full "load" of the hotel, there was no crowding and crowding, even at breakfast. Breakfast is a separate plus for the hotel, an extensive menu, everything is very tasty, although you won't try everything (you can burst). And how the umbrellas offered by the administrator helped us out when it rained on January 1, and we signed up for an excursion. Umbrellas saved the day - huge, serviceable canes, the tour was great! We will definitely come again.
PS the beds are really above all praise.
