Advantages - conveniently located
Cons - this is essentially a communal apartment, the lock in the toilet does not work, and children are screaming wildly somewhere.
Among the advantages - clean and well-groomed, lots of Parking spaces, access to the apartment without meeting the owner (keys in the safe), all plumbing and appliances work well, the room is warm.
Of the minuses - screaming and running children from above, they start making noise in the morning (7-8 hours), whistling windows (the hum on the second day began to annoy and interfere with sleep), there is no mirror in the room, there are no bath towels, there is no bedspread.
I mixed up the booking dates, wrote to the hotel a minute later and asked to return or replace the dates. They refused everything. The money was spent on a fine.....
