The drywall ceiling consumes about 10 cm out of 270, with stretch ceilings you can make minus 5 cm. I still really liked the built-in kitchen, dressing rooms, fully finished 3 bathrooms, an entrance group and floor-to-ceiling windows. With an inspection of the apartment, that's it. But going down in the Fuji elevator, I couldn't help but pay attention to the execution of the first floor of the house, which is dedicated to the needs of the residents of the house: the presence of a small convenient cinema, a separate room for cooking and meeting guests for 20 people, a meeting room, a private sauna, a children's space, a small cafeteria, several common bathrooms.
