...it used to be For ALL 5 points on a 5-point scale, but Now, as they say, "As you Have to"!!!...We personally applied for the Renewal of the Inheritance twice: In 1997 and In 2019, and, By the way, To different notaries!!! And, they really, as they say, Went To a Meeting and really Tried to help and literally In Everything, So that it was faster and cheaper, Such human and professional Warmth Came From them!!!
... And Now, Therefore, The Cold Comes and Instead Of Going To a Meeting, They Seduce With What-then with Illusory difficulties and WITHOUT even DELVING INTO the very essence of the matter, As they say and As It really is!!!
...Yes, and It Has Become Very Problematic To Get To them Now!!! For example, yesterday, on March 04, They called ALL 3 (three) of their numbers From This site and No one Answered us!!! And, Today we have already Gone Directly To them At their OFFICE and indeed at about 18:00, i.e. an hour Before Closing and, As they say: THANK GOD That At Least One natarius on duty Stayed and At Least Clarified Something to us on our Issue!!!
...That's why we rated their current work By only 2 (two) points Out Of 5: 1 point For The Fact That This office In our Orsha Still Exists or Exists, and 1 point more For At Least Some small, But Useful information That we Received There Today!!!

And, to Complete the notarial process, on November 29th we made an appointment With the same Competent and Conscientious notary and really, as they say, With a soul, and it took us exactly 45 minutes to complete literally ALL the documents on December 06!!!

I had to wait in line for a very long time. It takes 40-60 minutes per person. They couldn't get an appointment for two weeks, and then, it turns out, they have an appointment by appointment by phone. There are 9 numbers and only two numbers can be reached. After 4 pm, not everyone is working and only one girl said this and gave another phone number (the tenth), which was reached. And only two weeks later we were signed up. I had to visit, out of my gullibility and naivety, the notary office in Orsha at Mira str., 14. The reception was carried out by the head of the notary office, Natalia Andreevna Gogol. Instead of explaining the essence of the case, Natalya Andreyevna talked about her noble origin for 20 minutes. I messed up my brains, I'm sorry, and slipped me to sign a loan agreement. The contract was formal, as there was no real transfer of money. Why was the contract drawn up is still not clear? There are two lenders in the text of the agreement, a lot of mistakes, corrections. Moreover, the agreements are drawn up in two copies, which contradicts the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, since there should be three of them, how many parties. The contracts have discrepancies in the text, registration in the registry with an unclear number. Despite all the mistakes and the formal loan agreement, Natalia Andreevna allegedly acted according to the instructions, nevertheless violating it. I corrected the words in the text of the contract, replaced the first sheet and made an executive inscription, according to which a compulsory recovery is carried out.
DON'T TRUST NOTARIES!!! READ THE TEXT CAREFULLY!!!
From the head of the notary office of the Orsha district and the city of Orsha comes malevolence, arrogance, disregard for others, incompetence, unprofessionalism. There is no professional ethics of a notary.
