We turned to this notary for a power of attorney and a translation into Russian. At first they called the cost 4td, then 14, then when they saw that we were going to leave, they called 12. In general, whatever figure they wanted, they named it. We asked for a check. At first they refused, then they said that it would be more expensive with a check. Well, you know what they mean!
I'm sure they work without rules and price lists. Market relations, as it were.
I did 2 powers of attorney. I was satisfied with the cost and quality of services. We met, discussed the cost and timing, everything went strictly in accordance with the agreements. It should be borne in mind that if you have some kind of non-standard power of attorney, then it will take time to translate it.
I have never seen worse notaries.
They finish work at 14:00 Yerevan time. How can a commercial company finish work so early. After the Moscow service, it is very difficult to work with such people.
I don't recommend it to anyone. You come to make a power of attorney — they say 10 minutes to wait for an interpreter, another 10 minutes to wait for a notary. They come. In 20 minutes they say it will be ready soon in 10-15 minutes. It takes 1.5 hours, you ask - is it ready? They say no, another 5 minutes. You start to get indignant - they tell you that they generally work by appointment and that you were accepted is an honor. Nonsense, a mess.
They work disgusting! He came three times. I left the documents for the transfer. I signed up for a time after 3 days and did nothing at all. They apologized and said they had forgotten. A very bad office.

I applied twice - the first time I needed a notarized translation of my passport, the second time I needed a power of attorney with a translation.
The passport was made within an hour, and the power of attorney was ready two days later. I recommend.
