Women, aren't you ashamed to humiliate people if we are not competent in legal matters, you can just explain, and not point us to the door, to put it mildly. I live in Yuzhny and walking with my child I constantly see them wandering the streets during working hours! These ladies do nothing but wander around the neighborhood shops, apparently. I had the temerity to contact this charity and while waiting for the reception (half an hour) they went to smoke almost three times in full! Everything smelled of tobacco and peppermint gum. And God help their moral character if they worked well! The document was given the wrong form, they tried to demand an additional payment for the alteration! As a result, I had to contact another notary office, where everything was done correctly the first time. Don't set foot here anymore! Not only do they look and behave like in a shot glass, they also can't do their job!

For two weeks they tried to take a copy of the document on the right to inheritance, they called, they said to call back another day, they signed up, they came to us, they told you not to come to us, they redirected you to another office there they said come another day I'm busy. As a result, we were given a paper for which we paid 27 rubles, after a week and a half, but it turned out that there should be another paper, after the call we were told that we did not have an inheritance, although the document of ownership is in our hands, maybe the specialists are not very good, or maybe they still use this kind of money from people are being pulled. As a result, I paid another 27 rubles for the second photocopied piece of paper. I can't even imagine how much I would have paid the second time I issued the inheritance. As a result, a week and a half of time spent, 54 rubles were paid for two pieces of paper, plus frayed nerves. There is no further appeal to this natarial office on my part. I will look for a notary more qualified than here.
