The notary office, in principle, is not bad. But it is difficult to get through there. The employees are not in a hurry at all.
It feels like (if it weren't for modern computers, printers, a card payment terminal) it's like you're in the early 2000s.
Upon entering the office, it is immediately difficult to figure out where to apply first. No signposting. If you have an ID card, you don't even have to go there, there is no equipment to read it.
In general, when compared with the capital's offices, it sucks.
I was very pleased: the notary explained everything in detail and clearly - for people with an "allergy to paper" it is generally ideal. I recommend it!
