Good day everyone!
The other day we contacted this notary office (and this is not the first time). We couldn't help but leave a review. A wonderful team, competent and responsive staff. Head Seredina Olga Nikolaevna and notary Zarutskaya Irina Alexandrovna (got to both) are always ready to help in solving difficult issues, and when notaries are busy, a senior consultant will always come to the rescue, explain everything and accept documents.
Thank you for your work, competence and long-term cooperation. I recommend this notary office to everyone!
I visited this place today and I absolutely did not like it. The only plus is that there is no queue, but that's where all the good things ended.
We went to the reception to the head, Olga Nikolaevna, with a request to issue a power of attorney for banking transactions from father to son. From a small point of view, despite the fact that I am the son of my father (I have the same surname and middle name after my father) and I am almost fifty years old, I was asked for a birth certificate. But it's not catastrophic. Next, I was given the details for payment, because Natarius does not have the opportunity to pay directly, well, or it is not provided by definition. And what was most outraged was that the power of attorney, which takes up one page of A4 sheet, we waited an hour! I consider this a CATEGORICAL disrespect to my clients. And the highlight on the cake, the power of attorney is printed on an ordinary sheet with a density of 80 units and simply certified with a signature and seal. I could have made such a power of attorney myself slowly in ten minutes and sealed it myself.
Not a lot and not a little, but I will need to present this power of attorney to the bank of a neighboring state. So I wondered if they would let me through with such a power of attorney.
Good luck to everyone!
A useless office, I waited and there was zero sense. The head of the office is a mean, incompetent employee, with a low level of knowledge and behaves rudely, no respect for people.
