But well done! Maybe I'm comparing different things. But once they signed up in advance, if not, they sat in line for half a day, fuss and nerves. Now I have come 2 times from Minsk without an appointment (however, on a working day). There are no queues, maximum 2 people in front of you. Payment is nearby, while the notary is processing, you have time to walk to the bank and return. Maybe it's the same everywhere now. But subjectively, I really liked it.
