A young employee (notary) needed 10 minutes at most, and then if he wrote with one finger on the keyboard, to make this paper. But, we were told that everything is supposedly scheduled for today and there is not a single window. Let me remind you, the paper was needed urgently. And so while we were sitting in front of the office in search of finding the nearest notary, a man who works until 14:00 at 12:00 lunch began❗️😂 20 minutes before this lunch, no one entered the office "BY APPOINTMENT".
