They went to another notary office and everything was quickly and professionally executed there. And from the conversation there, we realized that we were not the first to also come from the Leninsky District Notary Office, where we also delayed time. I do not advise you to contact this office, you may lose time and not issue the documents. For this attitude, 2 stars.

There is practically no queue at a normal notary office and there is a preliminary entry. Come at the appointed time and get right to the point. There is no payment terminal or ATM nearby.
