It's a disgusting place. Incompetent specialists. We issued a power of attorney, the girl said that there would be no problems, although we described the situation in full. As a result, they gave me a piece of paper, which I just threw into the fire and that's it, they don't accept it anywhere. I do not recommend it at
all !
