It is possible to get in on a first-come, first-served basis. A comfortable room, cozy. They know their job, they provided a high-quality service. But, not a very welcoming attitude. A little boorish.

We turned to Natalia Gennadievna Tarankova. If you want to be charged more money, feel free to go to her, she does not explain anything, and as it turned out later, after filing a complaint and explanation from the methodologist of this office, she took almost twice as much commission and gave extra pieces of paper. Tip: re-read the legislation as much as possible, because this notary apparently does not own it.
