The offices don 't work very well . One left , the other has lunch . Then someone just came in from the street for 15 minutes of time out of turn . After that, she became busy for another 15 minutes. The other car arrived for 8 minutes , after which she sits there busy . In general , as far as I'm concerned , there are 5 offices with the sign Natarius on the exact floor , only 2 work at the reception , and then in a strange way .
A dubious office for me .
1:45 hours waiting time . Being the third in line and no one came by appointment during this time .

In relation to customers, it feels like the institution is public, not private. The building is new, the approach is old. I came to personally find out how to receive, record, etc. They explained that to make an appointment, it is enough to call. When I called several times, they didn't answer. I came in person, but they didn't register me, because those notaries who will work on the date I need are not working on this day. That's why they gave me the phone numbers again so that I could get through. And when you get an appointment, don't expect to be accepted on time. You can sit in line for an hour or two hours. And the toilet is only for employees.
