I needed a certified copy of my passport.We accepted without an appointment, thank you.But for some reason, I paid 44 rubles for three certified sheets (they said 16 on the phone). I didn't have time to figure it out and ask, but I didn't count on such a difference in payment

A boorish woman picked up the phone. When asked when it was possible to drive up to them, she snorted and said that she did not know.
